I guess I should have realized my mistake when this unit was still available. It was not the rental experience that was the problem, but everything at the property itself. I thought wrong when I assumed parking would be simple, (4 bedroom condo, only 2 parking passes? And no help from anyone to remedy situation. Vacasa eventually offered “overflow” parking at there office, 15 min drive without traffic). I kinda felt like an Uber driver the first day, without tips. The ironic thing is that the parking lot about half full the whole week, but enough about that. The elevator situation, 2 elevators with 1 working, typical beach condo engineer screw up but not put into the information page. Inside the unit itself, nice location on the 16th floor but need much improvement on the cleaning, this is not a hotel with sheets changes only, a clean mop now and then will do wonders. For what these owners are charging they should be ashamed for the quality of their unit. If VRBO is looking for a review of their “rental experience” they really should look at the total experience not just where the credit card information is submitted.
