Lyxigt Beachfront Home! - Granit, Italienska Kakelgolv, Etc

Nyligen renoverade stranden hem erbjuder lyx till konkurrenskraftiga priser. Italienska kakelgolv, granit bänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror, läder möbler och mycket trevliga omgivningar säkerställa en avskild strandupplevelse. Wifi nyligen installerat!

12 sovplatser bekvämt i en king size-säng, en drottning och 4 våningssängar, med två viktslädda soffor i vardagsrummet. Njut av de vackra sandstränderna och se delfinerna medan du kopplar av i en gungstol på den täckta bakre uteplatsen.

Familjevänligt, rent och mycket unikt eftersom det omges av palmer och annan vegetation. Storbilds-TV med DVD, video och stereo system. Gäster hyrar ofta båda sidorna av Duplex (Dolphin West och Sea Turtle East) om de vill ha fler sovrum, men har två separata vardagsrum (ena sidan för morföräldrar och den andra sidan för små barn etc.) - Total kapacitet På båda sidor är 24, med sex sovrum och 4 badrum. Att hyra båda sidorna på en gång är ofta mer ekonomisk än att hyra en jämförbar 6 sovrum hemma (med bara ett bostadsområde) i Fort Morgan.

Vi handlar främst om upprepade besökare, vilket är det bästa testet av alla. Vi är övertygade om att när vi besöker vårt hem kommer vi att ses igen och igen. . .

Just a suggestion to add some body wash/shampoo-small container to wash off travel dust until the guest can do the run to closest Dollar General. Mattress and bedding are low quality. Visible water damage all over the house.

The property was great! Easy check-in, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, and toaster. The Duplex was well cleaned and is right on the water which is a plus. There were neighbors on the other side of the Duplex, and we could not hear them at all. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our week here. Nice to have a spot right on the beach without large crowds. House was clean and beds were comfy. Especially LOVED that the back deck was covered! The family really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack rocking chairs without being in direct sun- able to enjoy a nice breeze and view of the ocean.

Girl’s Trip

We stayed here for our annual Girl’s trip and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and as described. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. We even got to see some dolphins one morning. Overall great stay and great place.

We loved our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We were looking for a spot away from the crowds and this was definitely it!!! The walk to the beach is just a few short steps. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and all appliances worked just fine. we had plenty of towels, our bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The second bedroom was missing a comforter but we weren’t too bothered. We had lovely neighbors for the week who we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. It was nice to make friends but if that’s not your jam, the outdoor areas are separate enough to feel like you have your own space. Keith was quick to respond to our questions. Overall I would say this is a no frills, affordable place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had an excellent vacation in Fort Morgan, AL! The side of the townhouse we stayed in was called Dolphin West and we enjoyed a lovely and spacious home away from home. It was our third time staying there, and it has been great each time. Every time, we see some updating to the property. The owner and his staff are keeping it well maintained. Any issue or question that may come up is responded to in a timely manner. Our family of four enjoyed the king bed and the kids loved the bunk beds. There is nothing like sitting on the porch drinking coffee and splitting your time between looking 10 steps down to where your little ones are playing in sand on the beach, and looking straight out to the ocean to see the dolphins swim past your little spot of paradise!

Cute place but bugs and needs a deep clean

There were bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. Roaches crawling out of kitchen drawers and under the cabinets and sink . He did send someone to come spray but then there was the stress of chemicals. The kitchen was pretty grody, crusty silverware drawers w/roaches and just not being cleaned. Other rooms looked okay clean. Stuff splashed on walls and just a few ick things like that. The furniture is a bit worn out but nothing too bad. It’s a cute place, great location but the constant sighting of roaches just kind of messed with us all week. It’s priced way too high to deal with that. He did make efforts to fix things while we were there and that was a positive but just when you get the week to be able to relax and be with family , and you save up and look forward to it, it’s just a bummer to be messing with all that. Also he did give us a 100$ refund. Just trying to be honest.

Great week.

Kitchen missing a few things. You have about 14 skillets but only one saucepan. We bought measuring spoons and cups and left them for the next guests. The location is good, easy walk onto the beach. We were really impressed that both sides of the duplex were occupied and we didn’t hear a sound from the other side.

Great Getaway Spot!

This house was perfect for our group of six. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach! The listing was a little unclear about the fact that this a duplex. We weren’t even sure which side of the house was ours when we arrived and just hoped that we didn’t freak out the neighbors by trying to open the wrong door. The owner was very responsive to our messages upon arrival. Would definitely book this property again!
