The condo itself was beautiful! All updated kitchen and bathrooms , living room furniture was nice and comfy!! The view was spectacular and the location in gulf shores was prime. There are no spare linens- so If you like to sleep with a comforter other than a very thin quilt and sheet I recommend bringing extra blankets! There also was not a dresser in the guest rooms other than a small plastic drawer to put your clothes in.. this may just be bc it’s so new but left guests living out of suit cases. The reason we gave this 4 starts instead of 5 is bc of one of the security guards at the pool. We were down with our family and 8 kids ranging 3 yrs old to 10 yrs old. The security guard stood by the slide the entire time mostly yelling at kids and adults even when they were following the rules that were posted !She would YELL at adults and children across the pool for various different reasons and she was borderline harassing a group of older kids. I am ALL for safety and following the rules but this was ridiculous! And everyone at the pool felt the same way - even the adults without children. Just know if you have young kids wearing a floatie still they will NOt be allowed to use the slide ( which is not the case in other properties including Phoenix properties we’ve stayed at before)… and no as a mom or dad you can not go down the slide with your child either. Loved the condo itself but likely won’t be coming back to his particular Phoenix building bc of the pool
