    Come see why this 14th Floor Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views of the Gulf is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor West corner with amazing views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a queen sized sleeper sofa and two twin rollaway cots for sleeping up to 16.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.     Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

INCREDIBLE! We were immediately impressed by the generous size of our unit, which provided plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The location is unbeatable, offering direct access to the beautiful beach and easy proximity to local dining and attractions. Having access to a spacious, well-maintained indoor pool was a total game-changer during the cooler weather, allowing us to enjoy daily swimming regardless of the temperature outside. The hot tub was a bonus but overpacked most of the time. It was the perfect year-round getaway, and we look forward to our next stay here!

The place was SPOTLESS, the beds comfy and the kitchen was very nicely equipped. Our only complaint was that there were too many stunning, beautiful but breakable decor items in the condo that we had to put away (did I mention we had a couple of rambunctious little kids in our party?). Seriously, that’s our only complaint - just a tad too pretty for we heathens.

We had a great time! The condo was exactly as pictured. Loved the pool and lazy river. Walked right out to the beach. Restaurants close by. There were plenty of carts to move in and out. No waiting for elevators. Great experience. Definitely recommend this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We simply loved it! The property was incredible. My kids aged 1-10 all loved the easy access to the beach and had a blast with the pool, lazy river and slide, which was very handy when jellyfish were prevalent in the ocean. The condo was spotless when we arrived. We loved this so much we will return here again and again or consider buying a condo here. 5 stars!

My family and I (girl's trip for six, ages 16-75) stayed in mid-Jun, 2026. We absolutely loved this condo and would recommend it to anyone thinking about it. It is 'as advertised'. It was beautiful, clean, and we loved the condo complex. You have the ability to reserve & pay for beach chairs and umbrellas in advance and then have access to the pool area on non-beach days. The lazy river was perfect for us 'old folks'. My only 'con' would be there are not enough pool-side chairs so if you want them, you have to get down early.There are four elevators to serve 25 floors. I was worried that we would have long waits, but the waits were not long at all. Never more than a couple of minutes. Also, selecting a condo with a parking garage was a great decision. The condo parking garage was easy to get in and out and kept our vehicles cool and dry. The complex was centrally located between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and was convenient to get to all the local happenings.This was our first time in Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back to re-book this same condo!

The condo was so beautiful. It is brand new so we understand that there might be kinks to work out. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. We reported it and noone came to check it. Some of the outlets did not work. We reported this also and was told that they were hearing that from others. Some of the garbage cans were under the sinks. The kitchen garbage can was in the bathroom. The pool area with the slide and lazy river was amazing!
