Summertide. Fantastiskt ställe. 8 sovrum på en enda historia! Stranden. Stor pool!

Ny VRBO-lista! Jag äger Summertide. Låt mig veta hur jag kan hjälpa! Snowbirds välkomna! Enheten kan låsas ut och hyras som en mindre plats på vintern. Nuvarande priser (med rabatter!) exakt till maj 2021. Fråga ifrån som den nuvarande kursen är vår toppränta efter det! Arbetar på att få allt, så om du har frågor, skjut dig bort!

Summertide är ett spännande golf hemifrån med 8 sovrum och 5 bad, med plats för upp till 26 personer. Det ligger ca 5,2 miles väster om Hwy. 59 på West Beach Blvd., i Gulf Shores. En unik designad en nivå hem, Summer Tide har en syd och en nordvinge, alla med ett fullt utrustat kök och ett öppet däck som sveper runt östra sidan av fastigheten. Layouten för det här hemmet tillåter extra integritet och är perfekt för flera familjer eller en familj som vill ha viss uppdelning mellan vuxna och barn.

Den södra flygeln av Summertide har fem sovrum, inklusive 3 sovrum med en king size-säng i vardera, ett rum med två dubbelsängar / enkelsängar och ett våningssängrum med två enkla våningssängar. Det finns tre fulla bad i denna vinge: två privata och ett Hollywood-badrum (delat av rum med queen size-säng och två tvillingar). Befälhavaren svit i denna södra vingen är gulffront med bildfönster och en bubbelbadkar-dra bort dina bekymmer och njut av utsikten.

Norrkanten av Summertide har även bildfönster på östra sidan av fastigheten med utsikt över vardagsrum och kök. Det finns tre sovrum, alla med en king size-säng, och två badrum (en privat och en delad).

Båda vardagsrummen erbjuder bra, fantastiska utsikt över viken och varje inkluderar en drottning bäddsoffa för lite extra säckutrymme. En bottenvåning har en foajé och sovrum med två våningssängar som skulle vara bra för fyra barn. Den täckta parkeringen för Summertide är riklig.

Summertide has plenty of bedrooms for extended family. Pool was clean, well-maintained. I called maintenance for a non-functioning garbage disposal and it was repaired before the morning was out. We loved having access to two kitchens/ovens/refrigerators. Access to beach, perfect! Communications with homeowners always open and responsive. Kitchen well-stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Already booked again for family vaca in 2026.

Our stay here was amazing! We definitely enjoyed the beautiful house, the pool and the gorgeous views! We saw dolphins every morning and afternoon. Loved how they sent a list of some of their picks for restaurants. (It helps to know the good places.)Over all I say 10 out of 10!

Family Vacation 2025

The Summertide house was great for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for the 14 of us – 8 adults and 6 children. The house was just like it appeared in the advertisement. The bedrooms and the living areas were nicely furnished and the place was very clean. Everyone in our family loves to swim so we really enjoyed the beach and the large swimming pool. The location was great – away from the crowds but close enough to easily to get to shops and restaurants. Everyone agreed that this was our best family vacation ever. Would love to come back.

Perfect ! Our adult children said it was the best vacation ever. It allowed our 8 grandchildren, 3 boys from Va. and 5 girls from Texas to become better acquainted. The beach is beautiful, quiet and natural and fishing was wonderful. Quite an accommodating home and location.

Summertide in the summertime!

This home was everything we could’ve hoped for — and then some! It was spotless when we arrived, and the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Absolutely five-star lodging! The bathrooms were spacious and plentiful, and we never ran out of hot water. Every bedroom was cozy with queen-sized or larger beds and had its own fan for added comfort. We didn’t even find the second washer and dryer until our last day — that’s how spacious this house is!Our group included couples and singles, and everyone had plenty of room. The second kitchen was a bonus for food and fridge space. TVs in every room, tons of pillows, and multiple thermostats kept everyone happy and comfortable. The large glass dining table was perfect for group meals, and the downstairs entertainment area by the pool was ideal for our crawfish boil!And the beach? Incredible! Powdery white sand, perfectly warm water, and an easy, pleasant walk from the house. We carried our beach gear back and forth each day (can’t leave items overnight), and it never felt like a hassle. Plenty of rinse-off spots made cleanup easy. The location was also fantastic — just far enough from a nearby festival to avoid crowds, but close enough to enjoy the fireworks and lights from the beach. Covered parking was the unexpected hero of the trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great for large groups with kids

We had 5 families in our group with kids ranging from 2 to 13. This house worked out very well. Plenty of beds and each couple had their own bedroom. The pool was nice and large and the kids enjoyed playing there between going to the beach. Speaking of the beach, you can’t get any closer. A quick walk and you’re there. A nice deck to watch those on the beach and watch for dolphins, which we saw every day. The house is a little bit of a drive from town, so if you are looking to dine out every night, you will be driving a bit.

Perfect spot

This house was great! Had everything we needed. We loved the two separate wings of the house for privacy when needed. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The pool was well maintained, plenty of chairs. Private beach was a game changer as well. We loved staying at summertide!

Family vacation

We have a great stay. We had a few hiccups as with any rental but they came to fix it that day…. Very timely and listened to whatever we needed!!! Beautiful home and we made so many family memories that will last us a lifetime. We had a lot of space and fortunate enough to have two kitchens to cook that was a blessing!

Great home

The layout of the home and the fact it’s right on the beach worked well for my family. The pool was used often during the evening or when the kids were through with the beach. Very little activity on the beach during our stay. The home is spacious and can accommodate multiple families with two kitchens. Close enough to town but far enough away from the large condos. Well equipped kitchens so stock up if you’re cooking. The owners were very responsive to any questions we may of had during our stay. Enjoy!

Perfect beach house

I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Gulf Shores. The one story layout was convenient but also spacious. The two separate kitchens and living areas worked especially well for our group. The location just a little way from downtown was so private. We pretty much had the gorgeous beach to ourselves. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach, we used the pool everyday too. It was clean and a very nice temperature. Both the management company and owner were also very responsive to questions and checking to make sure everything was OK. Check in and checkout were a breeze and so convenient when we had groups arriving at different times. If we plan a gulf Shores trip in the future, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Great Family Fourth!

Very nice, clean house in a great location. We had a wonderful time with our kids and their families at Summertide. The house is big and has two sitting areas so there was room to spread out & not worry too much during nap times. We spent lots of time on the beach & then enjoyed the pool there. We had to call about the AC once & the repair guys came immediately. We also enjoyed watching the neighbor’s fireworks from the porch. Our grandkids had so much fun, well worth it!

Annual family beach trip

Everything was wonderful… location on the beach, plenty of room for 21 people of all ages! First home of the many we have rented that had plenty of coffee cups, silverware, kitchen cookware etc.! Big pool, comfortable beds, strong internet… the list could go on and on!! Certainly a family favorite.

Private Oasis for Making Memories

Beautiful home with private pool and beach. Loved the space the separate living areas and kitchens provided for our family vacation. Ocean view with the beach only steps over the dune. Restaurants and Orange beach only 20 minutes away. Management was quick to respond to small issues. Great place to make lasting memories.
