Newly Updated, this fantastic home boasts spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits next door to Gulf Place Beach Access where the National Shrimp Festival, The Annual Hangout Festival, NCAA Beach Volleyball Championships, and many other exciting events are held. You can just sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the festivals and listen to the music without fighting the crowds. Or head right out the door and you can walk to the festivals and to the most popular restaurants on the beach! No car needed! The Complex has a wonderful, shared swimming pool (heated in the cooler months), a fun and exciting kiddie pool, a fitness room, and an awesome grilling area with picnic tables overlooking the Gulf! Upgrades in this home include gorgeous and comfy furnishings, Stainless-Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, and a beautiful tile backsplash! The Primary Bedroom provides a plush King Size bed, and the Living Room hosts a sleeper sofa for the kiddos! The bath contains a shower/ tub combo. The owner has provided some books, and board games for extra entertainment!

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

All pricing is set by the HOA, not Celebrity Vacation Rentals.
