This fun, 2-bedroom, 2 story townhome features stunning beach views and a queen bed in the master bedroom, new full-size bed with one trundle and separate twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is small, but mighty. Kuerig & standard coffee maker, Ninja blender, range with full oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer, George Foreman grill, and dishwasher, makes eating-in a snap.

This is a low-density community, so no high-rise building here! Every window has beach views. Our unit overlooks the pool and is 83 steps to the sand - even if you have short legs!

Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, wagon, coolers - pretty much everything you need for the perfect beach day is in the carport waiting for you. No need to drag all your gear with you, or rent expensive chairs and umbrellas! We've got you covered.

Parking is included for the first car and nominal fee for car #2. Both cars can park right under the unit!

We LOVE to pay it forward. You will find extra condiments in the fridge, food storage options, sunscreen, and other items in the kitchen and bathrooms that either we as owners have left or other guests have left to help make your stay that much better. If it is there, please use it. If you have extra that you cannot travel with or do not want to take home, please leave it and pay it forward. If you use the last of something, please replace it. If you break something, (like an umbrella, beach chair, games, boogie board, etc.) please let me know and then replace it so our next guests will have it available to them.
