Pompano Palms....4 BR / 4 BA Directly On Private Beach!

Located in Fort Morgan, just outside Gulf Shores, AL, this spacious home is less than 50 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, enjoy the relaxation and comfort of your own beach front home with your family and friends.

The Master Bedroom features a King bed and has doors leading out to the covered patio facing the beach. Black out shades are located on windows.

Bedroom #3 features a Queen bed and has a view of the West side of the property and beach. Plantation shutters located on window to keep the room dark while sleeping.

Bedroom #4 features two Twin/Full bunk beds, and can sleep up to 6 people. Plantation shutters located on window to keep the room dark while sleeping.

All bedrooms have their own private bath with showers and smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows from your personal Netflix, Hulu or other streaming service accounts.

An additional twin sized mattress is provided in the master closet for additional sleeping.

USB plugs in the bedrooms make charging your devices convenient.

The Kitchen, Dining and Living room is open concept and has a view of the Gulf and doors that open onto a large covered porch.

Living Room is equipped with a Smart TV for streaming, a DVD player and new seating from Crate and Barrel.

Kitchen features granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with an ice maker. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee Maker, traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot and all dishes and pots/pans/bakewear you could ever need.

Dining Table seats eight, with additonal seating for three at the breakfast bar.

Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer, sink, ironing board and iron, vaccuum, broom and mop.

Outside you'll find a large covered porch with plenty of seating for watching the waves or relaxing with a good book.

Below the house you'll find a deck with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a charcoal grill, sink area with hot and cold water, picnic table, outdoor seating and water hoses to wash sand off your feet.

Ring doorbell is located at front door and home is accessible via a keypad entry.

Our home is located adjacent to The Beach Club Resort and as members we are able to extend that benefit to our renters. The Beach Club access is available to your entire party for $48 per day, which is paid directly to The Beach Club. Multiple day passes decrease the price per day. The Beach Club has an heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, poolside grill and Tiki Bar, spa and salon, fitness center, locker rooms with steam and sauna, and an arcade.

High Speed Internet is provided....we pay for the fastest speed available in our area (1 Gig)....however please be aware that we are on an island and service can be spotty during high winds and storms.

Wonderful house

We have rented this house 2x a year for over 10 years. Only compliant is the thermostat cannot be below 72. The house gets hot especially at night. Need to be able to take it lower.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Pompano Palms. It is absolutely perfect…great location, plenty of space, and even books, games, and puzzles. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plenty of seating on the deck, great storage in the kitchen area, and a grill and more seating under the house. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Annual Family Getaway

We are a group of 11 age range is 3 up to grandma of 70. Home has always been top knotch and we love the underneath shower and grill. We love the neighborhood as we have stayed at another house sort of in the center of the beach (on the direct beach). The walk to the beach is only steps. We have already booked for next year, but I just wanted to mention that there is always an overflow issue with the condo next door. There is a security person that watches "the line" but people still come over. He tries to catch everyone, and does his job well. People are just people. They want at least one side of their day to be open and private w/o the cost. Is it a show stopper, for sure not, but paying for a private beach, I wanted to share that you will have people coming over. Possibly more signs closer to the water may help, but those that come onto the private beach area usually know exactly what that are doing:-). The house is a rare find. 4 bedroom and 4 bath, all VERY spacious and the hosts are great to communicate with and work with. There are games and books already there with a furnished kitchen.

Thanksgiving Week

This house was perfect for our trip. There were 6 adults and 6 children. It was very well stocked from all items you would need in the kitchen to all types of games for different ages! The beach is right out the deck door. We would definitely come back!

Pompano Palms

This was our second stay at Pompano Palms. The house is located right on the water with a large, covered deck facing the water. There are four bedrooms with comfortable beds, great TV/sitting area and well-equipped kitchen. We had an issue with check-in, because we did not receive a code to the door, but VRBO contacted the owner for us as we waited outside in the dark. There were a few maintenance issues including: smoke detectors that went off randomly throughout the week, a microwave that required two visits from a repairman (leaving us without a working microwave for 3 days), a bedroom fan/light unit that changed speed/brightness on its own and a slow-draining kitchen sink. We were surprised that our hostess was not quick to respond to or follow up on the problems we experienced. We didn't have any communication or maintenance issues the last time we stayed at Pompano Palms, so we were disappointed at the turn of events.

Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect location. Access to the beach is easily accessible and such a short distance. The house is perfectly set up with the common areas in the big open area in the middle of the house with the bedrooms off to the sides. A few negative things are I was expecting a twin size cot in one of the king size bedrooms and it was not found, luckily i had packed a blow up mattress. Also the microwave breaker kept blowing but we just kept resetting it and it worked fine. Also it took us a little while to lock the front door but finally if you put in the code and turn the lock very slowly it will lock the deadbolt. Those are very small negatives but all the greatness that comes from this property will definitely make me come back again.

Glorious Getaway

What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the Gulf Coast. The house was amazing and was completely appointed with everything that you would need. Every bedroom is spacious with its own full, and private, bath. Obviously, this owner takes great pride in their property as it appears that it has recently been renovated inside and out. Easily the nicest place on the beach. From the quality linens to the grade-A appliances, this place was awesome. You will love the high ceilings throughout the property, as well as the open concept. If I were to build a place of my own, I would probably have to copy this floor plan. You always hope/wonder if the place you book online is the place that you will pull up to. Well, this was even better than anticipated. We greatly appreciate the owner sharing this wonderful place, and we look forward to returning in the years to come. Again, our thanks and appreciation for making our week on the coast so special.

Great Floorplan

This house has a great floorplan with 4 beds and 4 en suites. One of the master suites has a room large enough for a pack n play. Each closet has a suitcase stand and a laundry basket, which is a very nice touch. The laundry room is in the kitchen next to the front door. It’s nice that everything is on one level for our older parents. We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. There is a high rise condo next door. During peak season, it does get a little crowded, but in October it will be nice and quiet. Very spacious and clean home.it is well taken care of.

Booked Again Before We Left

We had stayed in the same neighborhood, and loved the location, but needed a more spacious home for the 11 of us (ages 2-75). This property is extremely spacious and has a very smart layout. A giant kitchen, table to eat at, and living room area. When you don't want to be inside, a giant porch area awaits you. We loved our stay, and had just a few instances of people coming over on the property down by the beach area; however, the property has a security 'guy' that will take care of all that for you. You don't have to be the petty bad guy of asking people to get off your private beach space...seems silly but it's next to a giant condo place...the people who have rented the chairs right on the line of the property...WANT TO use your space....again...call the security guard. He's great! Marla was a great communicator. The area itself is super unique in my opinion. But moving from condo vacationing to beach house...is a game changer! It's AWESOME!

Overall experience was great! Great communication with the owner and smooth check in process with the keyless entry. House was very nice, clean and updated. Loved having the private beach, however, guests of the Beach Club did crowd the water at times. Would definitely go back!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The outside shower was great, and we loved having private bathrooms with bedroom. The only drawback was some of the Beach Club guests were very inconsiderate of the property line and kept trying to drag us into a dispute over if they should be allowed in the private beach. The private beach guard was fantastic and handled everything, and the owner was supportive. It was just a downer having to deal with their drama instead of enjoying ourselves in the beach. We had kids ages 9-15, and they were excited about the Beach Club amenities until we got there. The reality of the size of the pool and “arcade” was disappointing, but we highly recommend the parasailing experience at the Beach Club.

We didn’t want to leave

That’s always the sign of a great vacation. The house had great storage in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. We went out once and that is not typical of us. We had newborn, toddler and 4, 8 and ten year olds. Beach and surf was perfect for them …gentle slope ….never worried. At first we were worried the Beach Club was closer than we thought but presented no problem whatsoever. The pictures actually don’t do the house Justice….very attractive and functional. Beach club fireworks were cancelled and that was a bummer but enjoyed others down the beach. We made a lot of great memories.

Excellent Beach House

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of space for the family and most importantly, our own private space on the beach. Check in was very easy and everything was in great condition. Some concern with the big resort directly next door but the guests were respectful of the boundaries. Overall, this is a great beach house and we would certainly stay there again.

Nestled right along the pristine shores of Gulf Shores, we were blessed with breathtaking panoramic views of the shimmering ocean. With direct access to the beach, we could easily stroll along the sandy shores & dip our toes into the refreshing water at our leisure. The beach house itself was a masterpiece of design & functionality. One of the highlights of the beach house was undoubtedly the well-equipped kitchen. As a passionate food lover, having a spacious kitchen stocked with top-of-the-line appliances & utensils was a delight. Our stay at the amazing beach house in Gulf Shores was an experience beyond compare. With its idyllic location, impeccable design & unparalleled comfort, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a rejuvenating retreat, this beach house is the epitome of perfection. Gorgeous house

We loved staying in Marla’s home. The pictures do not do it justice. It is bigger and more gorgeous than I was expecting. Space for all of us—my husband and I and both of our girls and their boyfriends. Everything is quality. (We have often stayed places where everything looks pretty but then the kitchen stuff is from the dollar store or the deck boards or deck furniture is rotting) So we were very impressed. Beach is lovely and the beach club people did not bother us. I would love to stay here again.

Best Beach House Ever!

Our family of four had a fantastic time at this beach house. It was such a luxury for each person to have their own bedroom with connected bathroom. The living room was very comfortable for watching tv or napping. The dining table was great for puzzles, eating and playing games. The washer/dryer were incredibly large, so it was easy to do one big load. We loved hanging out on the back porch, watching the pelicans and dolphins. The Dollar General is a very quick drive from the house and was fully-stocked with everything we needed.
