fishing from the pier, fish cleaning station. Directly across the street from private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, swimming pool for guests, near all of the local hot spots and restaurants. Stop in to pick up quick supplies at Pier 33 convenience store (2.3 mi), Walmart (3.2 mi). Visit The Hangout (3.2 mi), or head to The Track for go carts or mini golf (5.7mi). Relax and enjoy!

This one bedroom one bathroom recently updated unit does not disappoint! It is in a complex that has something for the entire family! The beautiful white sand beach is a 2 minute walk across the street, with private access for guests and owners! There is a boat launch with boat slips, so no loading and unloading that boat during your stay. Each unit has access to 2 parking spaces, and there is overflow trailer parking onsite.
The property is on the lagoon, and has a fishing pier with swings, a BBQ pavilion with charcoal grills, tables and a swimming pool that overlooks the lagoon! While you are here you will have access to beach chairs, a kayak, life jackets and some sand toys! All linens are provided, even the beach towels! Just grab your fishing pole and swimsuit, we have the rest, fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. A king sized bed in the master bedroom with a My Pillow topper. A queen sized Murphy bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer and toilet paper. Much care has been taken to ensure that our guests have what they need for a comfortable stay. Throw on those flip flops, the beach is calling!
