Surfside Retreat - Large house with private neighborhood beach access!

  • Beach house in the popular Surfside Shores neighborhood in Fort Morgan, AL. Great private neighborhood beach access point in walking distance of the property (about 3 blocks or 0.4 mile). This is a spacious, recently updated property that would be perfect for your next group or family gathering. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total - property has 2 complete primary suites on the top level; 1 bedroom, and one bunk room on the main level as well as a sofa bed in living room. Abundant outdoor entertaining, eating, relaxing space on a main level deck as well as a private deck off of the master suite with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals. There is a laundry room on the ground level and an outdoor shower. Pets considered with breed approval and fee - pet friendly neighborhood beach.

    Fort Morgan Historic Site 8 miles away.
    Fort Morgan Marina is 7 miles away where fishing charters are available and popular Tacky Jacks Restaurant is located.
    Several golf options nearby including Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf (1.5 miles) and Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club (9 miles).
    Main Gulf Shores public beach and tourist attractions such as mini golf, go karts, shopping, etc. are still an easy drive about 20 minutes away.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS

    * Free guest parking - room to park 4 vehicles on site.
    * Amenities include free WiFi, 4 smart tv's, and fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, outdoor deck.
    * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
    * Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

    * Must be at least 25 years old to book.
    * Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
    * Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
    * A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.

I would recommend anyone staying here to rent a golf cart ahead of time if arrival. Its a good walk to the beach and no parking at the beach except for golf carts. The house itself was great and roomy

This place was awesome. Little bit of a walk from the beach, but we had someone drive us back and forth so we all didn’t have to walk it. It was an awesome house. Very modern and clean! Host was awesome. We would for sure stay here again.

The property was clean and provided plenty of towels and other essentials. The shower is amazing and the property is just a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and there was enough parking for 4 vehicles. LOVED this stay.

Amazing Property

One of the nicest interiors I have stayed in when it comes to Fort Morgan. Conveniently located to everything on Fort Morgan as well. I 10/10 recommend staying here.

Family Trip

House was just as described on site. It was clean upon arrival and very spacious for my family of 12. Beach was a nice walking distance We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to spend a week at the beach! The house was plenty big to accommodate our group of 9. Just a short walk to beach access. Will definitely see if this house is available for future trips!

Beautiful Home

Such a beautiful home and nice location. The beach is a short walk. Love the decor and the view from the top deck in the primary bedroom. Definitely recommend.

Very pleasant stay.

Stayed eight nights. Took several ferry rides to Dauphin Island, went to NAS Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels, and ate a lot of great food. Enjoyed our 56th anniversary.

Wonderful house and very comfortable

We stayed as a family of 11. Children and Adults, it was very comfortable and just the right size for us. A short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Would highly recommend this for a beach vacation

Family Vacation

Our family of 11 had a great time! House was great. There were a few updates that could be done but it did not affect our stay. Location is good. We rented a golf cart for the week which was great.
