The interior decor was very cute and the size of the condo was perfect for me, my husband, and my 2 boys. However, it was apparent some upgrades needed to be made such as the overall plumbing in the condo and the counter tops in the bathrooms. There were also pieces of chipped paint on the ceiling throughout the condo that made me realize it needed some attention. The toilet in the guest bathroom would run if we didnt jiggle the knob and the water heater made a weird noise when I washed clothes. The location of the condo was perfect and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Overall, we had a great time and it was a much needed getaway, but for the price I would have stayed elsewhere.

The unit was much smaller than the pictures appeared. You could not have more than one person near the kitchen at a time or you were running over each other. There is a large standing shelf that is used for holding the pots and pans which limits your space significantly. Guest bath had mold on the shower door. The toilet handle was stripped/broken which led the water to constantly running. This did lead to a toilet overflow for us once. Balcony chairs are worn and uncomfortable. The property itself was nice. Security guard on duty most of the time. Pool was nice and clean. Elevator was very fast and we never waited long, although being on the second floor was very nice so we could quickly take the stairs. Overall we would not stay here again.

Needs a little rehab, i.e.:Replace rusty medicine cabinets.Deep clean mold and mlldew from guest shower door or replace, as well as shower head.Replace broken guest closet sliding enclosure.Replace guest bath toilet paper holder.Replace kitchen stove electrical coil pans.Suggest 3-4 hook hanger rack on back of bath room doors (Bathrobe, towels, etc)Nice view and cordial host.

Great location, very easy to get to. All the food options you could want less than 20 min drive. Pool is good and the beach in front of the building was amazing.

We enjoyed our time on the beach with very comfortable accommodations and a stocked for kitchen. The location was fabulous and the ease getting in and around the building, pool and beach were really appreciated. Made for a veryrelaxing stay.

Our family enjoyed the beach and finding treasures along the shore, but our visit happened when the temps were a bit chilly to swim in the ocean! Thankfully, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy outdoor swimming a short walk from our condo

We stayed for a month. 2nd BR held all suitcases. No room for visitors. Great view off balcony. Hardly any closet space -nor a lot of drawers. Very small kitchen-we could not pass each other. Location great. Right on beach. Walls very thin. Elevator broke last day. Construction going on next door & above. Starting at 7:30 to late night. Lots of little unfixed things. Not overly clean. Very small walk in shower in spare BR. Best for short stays. Balcony looks over outside pool. We have booked a different place for next year. We were disappointed - did not meet our expectations based on prior reviews.

Condo was adequate for our stay. Location was great for local restaurants. Normally we go to Florida panhandle. Our personal preference is the blue water of Florida. No issues at all with our stay or the facilities. Condo was comfortable We do cook in more so the only drawback for us was kitchen size and room in the kitchen. We made due and enjoyed our stay.

Trinity was very helpful, this was first time going through VRBO, and I had quite a few questions, she responded to all my questions within 12 hours or so. The property was very clean, and was exactly what the pictures showed. We had no surprises after check in. The location was perfect, we drove to some areas, but could walk the beach to the Hangout every night (my kids favorite place). We had one issue - the toilet handle broke and Trinity communication quickly with me so we could get it fixed! Definity would stay in the same property if we ever went back! Thanks Trinity! This was the BEST SPOT in the entire condo! Best view! There are soooo many choices when wanting a Beach Front location. PICK THIS ONE! I was nervous bc there are so many choices and I have never been to Gulf Shores. But I'll tell you after staying here and seeing the other choices, I realized I picked the best in my budget! Loved it and would pick it again next time we go! My whole family loved it. I have 2 girls, one 12 and one 14 and I felt very safe letting them walk the beach also! Great location to everything as well!
