Not worth a penny

Very old furniture and so stinky zero cleaning so dirty bedding and kitchen table and kitchen stuff so dirty couch the sofa bed is horrible nasty and all the ratings are 100% fake lights out blood on bedding sheets and pillows I took pictures for all over the place the only thing is the views of the beech that’s is the real picture other than that all filters pictures

Grate place. Clean and a beautiful ocean front view.

Very clean and roomy. Nice furniture and a great water front view from the balcony. Kitchen was set up nicely along with the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up nicely as well. I will be stay there again.

Tropic Isles 401

Very nice property on the beach. Central to a lot of the restaurants. Make sure you bring your own beach towels as none are provided. All units have a gulf side balcony. Would recommend this unit.

Nice condo.

Very good condo, kitchen well equipped. Great location and beautiful view, great weather. My nephew found 2 pairs of shoes under the bed. Appears they had not been swept under for some time, large bust bunnies und both beds. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great stay for our family! Convenient and Stress Free

Loved the stress free of the many conveniences. - Property was easy to get to, easy/close parking, etc... Our unit had a covered parking spot. - Not too large of a complex, so elevator usage was extremely convenient. - The size of the complex helps so the beach in front of the complex is not crowded. - Great balcony view view on the beach and easy trip to the beach. - Nice size pool that our kids greatly enjoyed. - Beach walking distance to the the public beach with volleyball courts, etc... The Hang Out, etc.... - Other restaurants, liquor stores, coffee shops, etc.. are walking distance.... Some right across the street. - Unit itself was a nice size. Large Master Bedroom, Bathroom/Shower. Good sized Kitchen, Pantry Dining Table with 6 chairs, Living Room, Balcony and second bedroom.
