This property is across from the beach access boardwalk and just steps from one of the two neighborhood pools. With two spacious decks featuring high-end Polywood furniture, guests can enjoy the incredible views and coastal breezes.

• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with everything needed for meals, with seating for 10 at a farmhouse table plus additional bar seating.
• Entertainment Options: Smart TVs in four bedrooms allow everyone to enjoy their favorite shows.

Main Living Area

The kitchen is pristine and equipped for meal prep, while the living area offers a cozy space for relaxation or entertainment. Enjoy meals or drinks on the deck while savoring the Gulf breeze.

Bedroom Layout

• Main Level: King bedroom with a private bath, plus a laundry room and powder bath.
• Second Level: Two King bedrooms with private baths and balcony access, plus an additional full bath. Additional bedrooms include:
• One with two Twin-over-Full bunks
• Another with a Queen and Twin bed

The upper deck provides breathtaking sunset views—catch the Blue Angels practice runs along the coast!

Fort Morgan & Morgantown Community

Morgantown is a charming seaside neighborhood with two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and lighted tennis/pickleball courts. Enjoy peaceful streets, golf cart rentals, and stunning sunset drives. Nearby, Fort Morgan offers a fishing pier, while Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge provides 7,000 acres of scenic trails and diverse wildlife.

Weeklong family vacation

We spent the week at Fitz Us Fine and really enjoyed our experience. We found the distance to the boardwalk and pool were very close by and easily accessible. The home was well equipped and was very comfortable for our group. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a great experience!

Wonderful vacation!

What a great house! It is very close to the beach access, has tons of space, and everything was exactly as advertised. The local host was wonderful. Both her communication and responsiveness were spot on. The kitchen was stocked wonderfully…we had access to every utensil/pot/pan/dish we needed. We love Morgantown, and would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house for our family

The house was perfect for our extended family’s stay at the beach. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pan, cooking utensils, plates, bowls and eating utensils. Our management POC, Cheri, welcomed us to the house when we arrived and responded quickly to questions. The beach is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed the warm gulf waters and great weather. I would recommend this property to families and would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fitz Us Fine was the perfect stay for our three families (13 people total). We loved the location, house, and amenities. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The pools were well maintained and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. The house was full of plenty of pots and pans, utensils, etc. The balcony views were peaceful, and you can catch a view of the Gulf from the west side of the house balconies. A member of Coastal View Vacations (Dee Dee) came by to chat with us about our stay. She was helpful and kind. She and her husband also took our trash cans to the curb (first time that has ever happened). We felt a real sense of community from this stay. We will definitely be back to the Morgantown neighborhood and Coastal View Vacations. If Fitz Us Fine is available, we will book it again!

Fort Morgan Vacation

This is a great house, perfect for a family of twelve. It is in a beautiful, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood close to the ocean and the pool. Everything was as described . The property manager Linda was very helpful and friendly.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great family vacation in Gulf Shores! The house was very nice and accommodating! The kitchen has literally anything you could want or think of which was so nice! The beach is just a short walk down the private walkway, and the big pool is within walking distance as well! The neighborhood was very nice and felt extremely safe! I do think the house could use a deep cleaning but overall was pretty clean. My kids very much enjoyed the kids room with games and puzzles! We would definitely stay here again!
