  • Viva La Kiva är ett vackert hus vid stranden med verklig kustkänsla, 6 kung sovrum, alla med privat badrum, hiss och en privat 10'x28 'uppvärmd pool. Den har fantastisk utsikt med breda verandor som sträcker sig över bredden på var och en av de tre nivåerna i huset.

    Bottenvåningen har en graciös entré, en skärmad veranda med utsikt över den privata poolen, ett sovrum med en king size-säng plus en tvåbäddsbädd och tvåbäddsrum, ett badrum, en tvättstuga och garaget. Poolen kan värmas upp för $ 50 / dag.

    Mellanvåningen har ett familjerum och 4 King-sovrum, alla med eget badrum.

    Övre våningen har ett stort vardagsrum med fantastisk utsikt, ett stort runt matbord som våra gäster älskar, ett kök, ett pulverrum och sovrummet och badrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng plus en alkov med en dubbelsäng och en dubbelsäng.

    Viva La Kiva ligger i Kiva Dunes Beach och Golf Resort, på en stor strandfront och har tillgång till tennisbanor i närheten, golfbana och lodge.

Friends Vacation

Wonderful location and views. Plenty of parking and seclusion from the crowds, which is what we were looking for. Short drives to fine dining and groceries.

Spring Break 2024

This place is gorgeous! We loved everything about it - the gorgeous view, private pool, great beds for all, and beautiful furnishings. The free activities were a wonderful bonus. We are already dreaming of when we can come back.

Girlfriend Getaway…

The house was amazing and accommodating for thirteen of us…plenty of room! The elevator was a plus, especially since the kitchen is located on the top level. The views were spectacular, and we loved the secluded location…definitely hope to return for another visit soon.

50th bday trip

First of all, the house is amazing! The views incredible and we had excellent weather and we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool. The staff and rental agents were responsive and professional. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2024

Amazing house and property with everything that is needed. The kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach and then back and forth again and again. For a house of this size it was amazing how clean and spotless it was. Hats off to the cleaning crew that takes care of this property. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would stay again for sure.

Spacious house with nice finishes

This is our 2nd year at this house and we love it. There were 11 of us and we never feel on top of each other. The view is amazing and the pool is a nice extra. Lots of chairs to borrow from the house.

Viva La Kiva 2022

Viva La Kiva was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together. There were a few maintenance issues with the house, but the management company was quick to respond and resolve the issues. Property was clean and as described. We will definitely be back.

Loved the multiple seating nooks+ the views from the upper floor are wonderful with all the windows. The teenager enjoyed having their own living space on 2nd floor. All around great house we will rent again for our family. Elevator easy to use for grandparents .

Viva La Kiva Stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. Enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again. The only real downfalls were that the pool wasn't heated when we arrived and took a couple of days to get warm...and not to the 88degrees advertised. The elevator was also hit or miss...needs to be looked at. All in all we love Gulf Shores and the house. Next year we will pick a warmer time of year to enjoy the ocean.

Military Family 2019

It was a beautiful place. Loved the pool, beach access, and privacy. Biggest complaint is fix your elevator!! We had to call at least 4 times about it. There were several of us who needed it and booked the house because of it. Also when you are on vacation you should not have to wash all the towels and fold them. It is one thing to load the dishwasher but should not be required to put up the clean dishes. We pay a cleaning fee so clean!! Overall had a nice stay.

Epic Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time and have already booked the house for Spring Break last year. We had great communication with the rental company anytime we needed something. There are a few things that would be helpful to have in the home and I submitted those items so hopefully they are there when we return next year. It’s our 4th trip to Gulf Shores and the 3rd house we have stayed in and the area and house are our absolute favorite!! The added and included activities are a huge plus. Our group enjoyed the fishing trip, miniature golf, golf, dolphin cruise and parasailing (some multiple times during the 11 days we were there).

Worked perfectly for our family, giving each of my 4 kids family's their privacy as well as more than enough common space for meals, games, and fun both inside and out. We had 3 occasions to contact the owner during our stay with questions and they got back to us immediately and solved our concern. Best hosts! Location is 25 minute drive from town, but worth it if you value privacy and want to treat yourself like the rich and famous for a week ~ If you have the opportunity to spend a week in paradise, I highly recommend Viva La Kiva.

Great stay from 13 women, but............

We loved our stay and rebooked for next year. Especially loved the round dining table that seated 13 perfectly! However we trust that the water filter/dispenser on refrigerator in kitchen will be fixed. (We had to bring in many gallons of water for coffee and drinking as we were told in grocery to not drink the tap water) AND we hope all doors and accesses are properly secure. We had several sliding glass doors that would not lock properly. We look forward to next yr. With an extra day added.

The towel racks and toilet paper holders were not up yet which was a pain but the inside remodel was great. We enjoyed the private beach and the new kitchen was nice. It could use some additional kitchen gadgets but overall it was well equipped. Some of the doors did not lock but they are all new doors and windows. I just think it wasn’t completely ready for guests yet after the remodel but we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again someday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented many houses on the beach around the Gulf Shores area over the years, this one was absolutely the best. Condition of the property, amenities, location, communication, and service were all excellent. We had 10 adults and 3 small children in our group and all were very comfortable. The only concern I had was after having to book the property 1 year in advance and paying the full price by the 6 month mark, there was no relief for canceling after 6 months or in the case of hurricane, no refund of any kind. A house this big, 6 bedrooms, is for several families who have to make plans a year in advance. Life happens in that period of time and if all the parties can’t make the trip, you have over spent for the size of the property.
