We enjoyed staying in the unit. It was very clean.
The process for obtaining the key to enter the unit was stressful and the Check-In instructions were confusing. It would have been very nice to have a keyless entry, similar to access to the indoor pool and the gate for entry to the beach. One of the keys would not unlock the unit's door but could lock it. Found that to be an interesting concept. We reported the key issue immediately upon arrival on Fri but did not get a replacement key until 3 days later on Monday.
Instructions for getting access to your WiFi was not correct on the write-up. Reported that issue immediately also. A customer service rep did something to provide access to my cell phone but not to the two other guests. After I reported that issue, WiFi access was discontinued on my phone. Resolution on this issue was received 2 days later on Sunday. For some odd reason, access to your cable service ended on Tuesday around 5pm, the day before we checked out.
