Rooms were clean and host was awesome about sending property manager to check on the pool gate. Parking was good for 5 cars. Loved walking to the beach or playing by the pool as well as using the grill and just overall felt comfortable in the rooms! Would stay again

The host of this property is AMAZING. Always happy to answer questions and does so quickly! Our family LOVED this property! It was very clean and cozy. The pool and deck are beautiful and gave our kids something to do in between the beach and going to do evening activities. There were so many toys and beach things and even a wagon. The property is perfect! The walk was a little longer that I thought it was going to be for our toddler but is very easy for adults and there is paid parking across the street from the beach access that was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again!!

The place was perfect for a family of 12! Very spacious. It was less than a half mile to the beach. Pool was amazing for the kids! The kitchen provided everything to be able to cook dinner every night of our stay. We did have some issues with cleanliness but overall, it was a good trip and would stay again.

We had a great stay! Only one issue with the pool for a couple days but owners worked it out to make it right! Enjoyed the property with 3sets of family, plenty of room for all us, liked the pool and patio spaces! Little walk to the beach but would definitely stay again!

Great place for large groups

We loved our little vacation over the 4 day weekend! It was a pretty easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to all our favorite spots. The kids loved the pool and everyone had a place to sleep (all 18 of our family)!

Beautiful house that held our group of 11 easily. 6 minute walk to beach on 12 th st or can drive to 13 th st and pay to park if desired. Kids loved the private pool as well. Lorraine, the host, replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!
