* Private Space: Your access includes the entire condo unit: the living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
* Shared Amenities: As our guest, you are also invited to enjoy the shared complex amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool and a communal grilling area for cookouts.
* Parking & Laundry: Convenient, free covered parking is included with your stay, as well as access to on-site laundry facilities.

**Private Unit, Shared Amenities:** While you enjoy exclusive access to our private condo, the building offers wonderful shared community amenities including the pool, BBQ/grill area, and elevators, all managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). For anything related to your stay within our unit, we are your direct point of contact. Support a local host and enjoy our personal touch!

Our condo blends coastal charm with modern comforts, featuring a signature **shiplap accent wall** and an open-concept layout designed for relaxation.

**Bathrooms:** Two full bathrooms to ensure everyone can rinse off the salt and sand with ease.
**Extras:** In-unit laundry and cooling air conditioning throughout.

**Our Personal Beach Retreat:** You are booking our individually owned and meticulously maintained condo. This isn't a generic hotel room; you get the specific unit you see, ensuring a more personalized experience and a higher level of care as we want you to love our beach home as much as we do!

**Park and Walk!** We provide covered parking, but you likely won’t need your car. Our "Walk Score" is unbeatable—everything from the shoreline to the grocery store and nightlife is accessible on foot, saving you the hassle of beach traffic and parking fees.
