The location was great. Nice beach access. The unit was cozy, which is fine. It had ample parking, and a nice front porch. Our concerns were: 1. The bed linens were old, the pillows smelled, and there were not any extra blankets, only one lightweight bedspread. 2. The bathroom floor was not clean, the shower curtain liner had mold along the bottom, the towels were stored in a wood cabinet, that left a smell to the towels, and there were random holes, and screws in the walls. Very poor finish work. 3. The TV had many channels that you had to pay for, we tried daily just to find network channel, never did. 4. No hairdryer as advertised. The air conditioning, and ceiling fans worked well. The common area was pleasant.

Cute and private
This was our 2nd time staying so obviously we enjoy it. It is quaint but clean. It takes a minute for the shower to warm up, the toilet may need flushed twice on occasion, and bedroom tv appears to be on the blink, but overall a fine place! It's great to be able to sit on the patio and watch traffic at night.

Great location close to the beach
Like a lot of the other guests have stated, property is small but gets the job done. The bathroom/shower is a bit tight. But it provides a great location of the beach and all the amenities are really close. I like having my own parking spot available. I also enjoyed the market right down from it to pick up beach/booze/food/souvenir needs you may have. I wouldn't recommend this place for a large group but works for the needs we had.

Memorable Fishing Trip
This is a very unusual rental in the beach area. It is totally in the middle of Gulf Shores. Walk to the State pier also to West Beach is convenient. I'm 76, but its easy to get to many places in the area. Its a place I will stay again. I highly recommend for two to four people. A fine place to stay with total kitchen and all comforts in a compact place. Tom Chambless

The property was pretty good overall. But, a 4:00 checkin is pretty late. I am paying for that day but can't check in til 4? And then at the last minute they sent a text saying checkin is at 5! Also, property said it had bathtub - it did not. My wife was very disappointed by this. And just 1 thin blanket in the whole place! It was cold

We loved our stay there. The floors were dirty primarily in the bathroom around the toilet and behind the door. Including Pubic hair. However, we would gladly stay there again. We enjoyed ourselves very much so.

2022 Shrimp Festival Stay
Awesome spot for convenience to any place you wanted to be. Called to come in early for an extra day and they accommodated us immediately. Very friendly and we enjoyed the stay.

Bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke we sprayed Lysol to help. And it says plainly NO SMOKING IN THE BUNGALOW. We are all NON-SMOKERS. And it was fresh right when we checked in. Just letting y’all know. Hopefully it’s not the cleaning crew. Thanks again.

Small and functional
Front door doesn't not open all the way making it frustrating to carry stuff in. Couch stained appeared dirty. Easy chair had large stain. Was only one blanket available which is unacceptable considering place can sleep 4?

The place was great! Upset that fresh towels were not provided daily.
When I emailed them and asked if they provided fresh towels daily the response was they were not a hotel, they were a vacation rental. This was not our first air bnb rental. It was our 3rd! The first provided enough towels for the week. The 2nd one came in everyday and collected the used towels and left fresh ones everyday! Because of this I would never stay there again!

The property is not bad, the area had many restaurants to chose from & a store next door to find anything you need & then some for your beach weekend. However, communicated to the property manager via email& phone that the internet user & password provided were wrong! So i am glad I didn’t have to use it for business or work that weekend. So beware! Besides that the room was great for us. I will go back next year again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It would have been convenient to have access to a washer/ dryer and hair dryer. Access to beach and stores was nearby and easy. I would stay again if I were alone but it’s too small for more than a couple.

Great location!
We had planned on attending the shrimp festival, but with the cancellation we decided to bring my daughter and her friend since it said sleeps 4. We loved the location and the beach views but it definitely is small for 4 people. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Trip!
We loved the location; close to beach, restaurants and just about anything we were interested in. Everyone was pleasant and we enjoyed visiting with them, whether at Bungalow, on beach, in restaurants, around community. We slept well!!! Our needs were met and we were blessed. Thankful for beautiful weather with only a bit of rain. Grateful for the amazing adventure!

The photos made this place bigger than it actually is. Not enough outlets to plug our devices in.
The closet smelt musty. If I knew it was on the second floor I would not have rented in the first place! This place is a dump. And the management company is a joke!

Girl’s trip!!

First time in Gulf Shores
We had a great stay and the bungalow is pretty centrally located to most of everything going on. Place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Really likes that we could cook on the grill outside. You can tell it’s an older building but it’s definitely been taken care of throughout the years. I would definitely recommend. Thank you

Nice little place
Great location. The other long term tenants were very nice. The only thing that perplexed us was no dishwasher. Not that we minded doing dishes but all the literature said there was a dishwasher and we were left dishwasher detergent but no dish soap. No big deal honestly but just found it a little funny. Over all we would stay again.
