âWe wanted a motel close to the baseball field in downtown Houston. The room was clean and comfortable.The only two things that I pointed out to the desk clerk were that the stopper in the bathtub didn't work and the entry door seal or weather strip piece was broken and allowed a big gap
at the entry door bottom for bugs to enter in the room.â

They treated all of us waiting and checking in with a smile and made sure everyone was treated as their only customer! Having been in the service industry, it is alway a joy to watch as an employee individual or a team work their way through multi-tasking and making sure everyone involved is ânumber oneâ...
