This is my second time staying at this location. We were in a suite right next to the pool. Suites have been upgraded since I last came. They smelled like fresh paint and seemed like we were the first guests to stay there since the upgrade. Loved that new feel! Room decor was very chic. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Staff was nice. Breakfast staff were pleasant and the food was good. Parking was abundant. Even though renovations are currently happening, it didn’t bother us at all. The only sound that was annoying was the airplane the flew over us constantly all day and night. Eventually, we ignored it. Overall, this is my go-to place to stay when visiting Gulfport!!

The property is under some major renovation so it is difficult to rate many things. Biggest complaint was carpets extremely dirty and rooms ate a little cramped. Staff was polite and helpful Breakfast was delious.

Everything was great especially the breakfast room was very clean but the bathroom was small lol but I will go back there and u around a lot of stores and restaurants. Can’t go wrong there trust me

Couples getaway.
Beds are comfortable, a bit hard for me but not like sleeping on bricks. Clean rooms, friendly staff, hot tub was great, pool was clean but it’s Feb’ so a bit cold for the pool. Great breakfast, even for late sleepers.

Terrible area
Very dirty and noisy not a good area either, there is a reason why the price is cheap. They have construction going on through our the whole complex there. Save your money and stay somewhere else you will be happier

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the shower/toilet room was so small you could barely open and close the door. Poor design.

Not Family Environment
Large disorderly crowd in parking lot arguing and fighting. Police eventually came. Not a safe environment for family. Front desk was less than helpful and would not issue a refund.

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nicely done. I would chose this hotel again.

Housekeeping didn’t clean well. Breakfast was good. Remodeling is going on and I couldn’t change my room for queen beds instead of double beds and customer service was rude at times.

The pool was open 10 am to 10pm. The late night staff was patient with my reservation mix up. He calmed me down and resolved the issues quickly. I had alll my questions answered. My room was modern and clean. Will return.

シャワーはとても良かったです。 チェックアウトでフロントデスクでの黒人女性の対応が最悪最低でした。 精算後にレシートを客にちゃんと渡さず、カウンターに置いて同僚とおしゃべり。 私が再度、レシートを請求すると無言でレシートを突きつける形で渡された。しかもまた無言。

Family Trip
Had a great time in Gulfport and our stay was great. There were several of us there for my grandson’s football tournament so they gladly put us in adjoining rooms, will definitely stay there again.
