This property is VERY spacious and in a GREAT location. Just minutes to the Aquarium and plenty of restaurants and shopping, but you'd never know it from the quiet neighborhood.Having two separate houses with plenty of space to entertain and prepare meals was a plus, but the real gem is the front porch - sitting on the swing under the giant oaks on a quiet street being able to see the waterfront was exactly what we hoped for. We spent more time on the porch than anywhere else!Host was very attentive and quick to respond. We had a couple of glitches that were taken care of in record time, so we never missed a beat. It's always a gamble staying in the middle of a neighborhood, but this one was SO peaceful - always quiet, and the folks who passed by on the street were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This trip to the coast was very important for our family and we needed things to go well. This property helped make our trip perfect, and we were able to relax, laugh, and make some memories. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great Family Getaway

This property was great for our whole family to get away for a nice break. The two houses were fantastic to allow everyone space and the property was well stocked with a full kitchen. Right down the street from the beach made it good for everyone to do their own thing since the weather was blistering hot while we were there. Host was also excellent.

Great Location, very close to the beach

This property was awesome....enough room for the entire family and the kitchen facilities in both houses were perfect. We recommend this location to families for reunions, retreats, etc. We felt extremely comfortable...home away from home. The host was great and responded to questions very timely. Thanks, Mandy, for allowing my family to stay in this awesome location. The Williams Family

Good home, beautiful location

The home was absolutely stunning - although my only concern was the guest house seemed to have some kinda of stain (looked as dog pee) from I assume the guest before. Other than that, the home was in a wonderful location. It had lots to do around it and was surrounded by fantastic scenery. The owners truly made the house very beach themed and made it feel like a home for the time we stayed. Couldn’t have asked for a better home for the girls weekend - truly a place to stay!
