POOL! Close to the Beach and Downtown! BBQ! Game Room!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our tri-level home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Multiple sitting areas, game room and plenty of parking. Office space for those needing to work or do school work. Washer/dryer are in the garage.

Our home is so close to so many area attractions (Aquarium, Jones Park, Water Park and more!


Our pool is now open! We are decorating and making a nice lounge area for our guests!!

The property was clean and the host was pleasant.The pool area could use some clean up, but the pool was clean and usable. The only thing I would do is put the outside TV in the dining, sitting room. It was to hot to sit outside

The floor was not clean. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was broken. Upon arrival the outdoor garbage was full. I contacted the property manager about how to handle our trash, but I never received a response. The backyard needed some work. Chairs were scattered throughout the yard and some were broken.

Pool House

The propery was spacious and accomodated us on a work trip. Tanya exceeded my expectations with communication and accompanied our needs for the use of the pool in December. Would definitely stay again if work brough us back here.ba

Horrible Horrible PROPERTY BEWARE

The property was disgusting!! Roaches in the kitchen drawers, crawling on the counter, there was a drop in communication between us staying and the house being cleaned but that has nothing to do with the floors having thick grim, dusty walls just absolutely not fit to be rented

The house was okay, just couldn't get the wifi to work and the icemaker was broken. Overall. It was okay for the weekend. I would strongly suggest getting the wifi fixed especially when kids are staying.

Getaway

The house and accommodations were very nice. The coffee did not work, the ice maker doesn't work, the yard was very overgrown and the grass was high, the pool umbrellas were broken. There was no equipment to skim the leaves or dirt out of the pool after a rain storm dumped leaves amd dirtt into the pool. There were no check out instructions and the WIFI information was not easily accessible.

Perfect spot, great house, tons to do!

we had a fantastic time Tanya was an excellent host for us. House is a great space, very clean, and has lots of games. Obv the pool is INCREDIBLE and beach was nice to its close. Thanks tanya!!!

CELEBRATING MEMORIAL DAY

The house was nice, but not like we expected it, each bedroom should have had a bathroom in it, but the two upstairs bedroom had to share a bathroom, that was for four people, and the house had roaches, it really need a professional exterminator, good thing we brought "RAID" with us, was cooking breakfast they were everywhere, so we really didn't enjoy cooking there. The back yard with the pool needs work, the grass was awful, fence had weeds going up it, and the pool was very slippery at the bottom, bugs in bedrooms, tv in one bedroom was broken couldn't watch it, but we managed to stay...

Perfect pool oasis

Property was clean, and had everything we needed, and Tanya was such a helpful host. The yard was AMAZING with the pool so we had a hard time getting out! The hosue is located just a few minutes from the beach though . We had a such a fun time playing games, hanging out and enjoying the area highly recommend!

Roach infestation, barking dog, refrigerator means Noises no sleep

The roaches met us in the kitchen to begin. The refrigerator ice machine started making noise the second day. Texted management they did not respond. The noise made it hard to sleep at night. The neighbor next door would let their dog out at 7 or 8 pm and leave it to bark all night. The kids tried to swim one night at 9 pm and the dogs barking scaring my kids causing them to not want to be outside. The other neighbors yelled at the barking dog and the owner for awhile. The dog barking and ice machine made it unbearable at night for sleeping. I now have to go home from my vacation to get peace, quiet, and sleep. The roaches were all over the place. Moved the toaster and they ran everywhere. This place needs an exterminator before it is rented again. The area is nice to travel and go see attractions. The house had some good qualities. The place looked nice and well staged. The garage smelled like an old damp cellar. The area is supposed to be a game area, but the smell causes breathing problems. None of us was able to stay in the garage for over 5 minutes. The kids tried to place out there. This place needs someone to go through it that cares and clean fix it up. This place had potential. Overall, the place was not worth what I paid.

Friends trip

This house is in a great neighborhood. The house is very spacious, and beds are comfortable. We couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the amount of leaves that fall from the tree about it, but it was pleasant to look at. Nice back yard, covered patio and game room. Overall great experience!

Disappointed

The house was very clean but we had no hot water when we arrived, we could not watch any TVs I think I spent all night and most of the morning texting the host and trying our selves to figure it out . The TVs were not programmed so we could watch them but we managed and made the best of it
