“Pool was closed hotels filthy coffee was not coffee. I can’t describe how disgusting our room was floors surfaces bathroom toilets sink. no one cleaned before we came definitely no one vacuumed. we have been coming here our whole lives and we will never stay there again.”

“Didn’t realize the hotel was being remodeled. Breakfast was ok, orange juice was empty. No ice in the ice despenser.”

“Air conditioning was unreliable it was warm or it was frigid nit much in between. Room outlets were loose and some didn’t work”

“No drinks with the breakfast unless buying from a vending machine. No creamer offered for coffee. The employee serving breakfast did not make you feel wanted. She would try to rush you through so she could clean up and leave for her second job (her words) The room was comfortable and clean but no in room coffee pot Quite peaceful sleep and extra security on the premises gave a good peace of mind for our stay ”

“The room was filled with dust. I booked for 2days first day I got ready to go to a funeral. When I returned the room was dirty and they leave the door open. Thank God I brought my important things with me. I think they should tell guesses that they change 2$ per days for their safe even if you don’t use it. I requested a clean room for the next and I asked not to be put by the ice machine or the exit door. They said they would give me a room in the middle to my surprise they put me at the...

“The homeless clean and had a good breakfast. I did pay for a king sized bed and didn’t get that type of room. They said they “upgraded” me but a queen size with a sofa bed isn’t an upgrade in my opinion. ”

“The free parking was good. The free breakfast was pretty good. I wish they would have more protein options like bacon or eggs, but it was a decent selection of waffles, cereals, and yogurt. The hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom lighting is very dim. There were rust spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The bathroom fan was covered in dust. The room floors were sticky. The room smelled like mold, or a different unpleasant smell. We had a tissue box cover but no tissues.”

“I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Overall, it felt lazy and mediocre at best. There were fingerprints all over the stainless steel appliances in the room, the floors were visibly dirty, and even the cabinets hadn’t been properly cleaned. It gave the impression that basic housekeeping standards aren’t being taken seriously. The hotel as a whole could really use a deep cleaning. “I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. ”

“No Internet , tv didn't work. Decor very old, dirty. Paper plant across street worst smell all night. Owner friendly, . I will never stay again. ”
