“This hotel is in the best location for the slopes. The hotel is dated, the elevators were working on and off. The hotel offers great activities for kids, arcade with cool claw machines, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, and alright restaurants. The rooms were decently cleaned. Sheets were clean but walls had gunk in some places.”

“Do not book through third parties. Book directly to avoid hidden fees. I was charged an additional $250 for Resort Fees, about 8 different Taxes, and a daily donation to the national forest!!!!??? I thought donations were my choice??!!! Other than that the place is ok and in the best location, but I’m too mad to remember anything good to say. ”

“Rooms and furniture were very dated. I think the counch in my room was from the 70's. However, one of the better stays I've had in Gunnison and definitely one of the best free breakfasts. I will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Enkelt hotell men helt ok för en övernattning. Enkel frukost och inget speciellt på hotellet men personalen var trevlig. Det finns inte så mycket att göra i Gunnison men Crested Butte ligger en halvt timme bort och åker man västerut någon timme så kommer man till Black Canyon som är värt ett besök,”

“Priced accordingly, this is a tough place to stay. Poor quality mattresses and linens. Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo. Evidence of past leaks and rotting window sills--really the list of deficiencies is the only thing impressive here. ...
