Be om rum mot gĂ„rden, vi fick rum mot motorvĂ€gen och det var mycket bullrigt. Gott om restauranger inom gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd, nĂ€ra till Gurnee Mills shoppingcentet och Six flagg nöjespark.â
âThis was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasnât traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them. I got into town a couple of hours early before checkin, and they graciously found me a room to check in...

âWe arrived at 10:30 pm and there was 4 people waiting to check in before us. It took about 25 min, but once in the room was clean and nice. We had a short stay so did not see much of hotel other than our room.â
âWe were at the park for a family reunion in which family was staying at the resort, but the park is where the reunion was to be hosted. There was a storm expected right at the time we were to be having our reunion. The staff (specifically the resort manager) arranged to accommodate our group within the resort. It made for an incredible experience. â
âWe have been staying in this hotel several times when traveling to Chicago. Nice and quite place to stay. This time, we were first given a room on the first floor, next to the bar and swimming pool. It was very loud. We were then asked to move to an upper-level room and the front desk then changed the room. â
âThe hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! The only thing that took away from the stay was the noisiness of the other customers, but that is not at the fault of the hotel at all. We had a family of children next to us and several families with children staying above us that kept us up most of the night.â
