The Wassen highway exit is 4 km away. The entire house is a listed historic building and occupies a prominent location in the Wiler district on the Reuss River.

“Davide Restelli”—one of the three Italian builders—constructed the house in the center of the village, on the largest plot of land not far from the Reuss River in the so-called Wiler district of Gurtnellen, which is part of the Upper Reuss Valley.

The house has been family-owned for many years. The residents are quiet, and the vacation apartment faces south.
