Nice Delhi airport hotel
We stayed at our first and last night in India. The rooms as well as the rest of the hotel was super clean, spacious and nicely designed. The breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurant is good. Staff extremely friendly and they offered first class service. Good location 15 minutes from the airport. I would recomment this hotel to anyone looking for a first class western style hotel close to the airport.

Hotellet håller en hög standard på interiör så väl som exteriör. Till skillnad från mycket annat i Indien så är detta välskött in i minsta detalj. Vad som sticker ut från andra lyxhotell i andra delar av världen är att man inte får förvänta sig den bästa maten. Förstå mig rätt, maten är god men förhållandevis dyr, för Indien exceptionellt dyr. 300SEK för en buffet med 2 öl... Jag har också lite svårt för den extrema servicen, folk som hjälper till med att lyfta den varma tallriken från bordet till min hand eller leder mig till bordet samtidigt som nummer tre frågar om jag vill ha kaffe eller te... Ni förstår säkert. Andra nackdelen med detta är att man får jätteportioner om man beställer något som de ordnar till. Överlag är detta dock ett hotell med grym service och med stilig inredning som erbjuder både massage, gym och en simtur.

We booked non-smoking rooms. Per manager, the rooms are non smoking. However other customers smoke in them & so smell stays. Sofas extremely dirty..Not only my kids were sick bcos of smoking room.Total waste of money and management didn't care for complain nor tried to compensate in any other manner. They don't care for customers.

Disappointed
The sky bar is not as advertised. This is only for private parties and not actually set up any other time. In the fitness center, the two treadmills were not functional during my stay. What was advertised as a 24 hour gym, I was told at check-in actually opens at 7am.

Spacious and clean room. When I checked-in I was not explained about breakfast that was supposed to be included in my package, but other than that staffs were nice and helping. Would recommend this hotel for people who come to Grugaon on business purposes.

Great rooms, average breakfast
The hotel is nice, service is pleasant, the rooms are great - very comfortable. Two things that I did not like: (1) the breakfast was average by hotel standards, limited spread, not-so-fresh fruit, chewy bacon, etc, and (2) they refused to give me a late check-out in spite of us having booked 6 room-nights. So the front office staff is probably not empowered to take these calls.

Friendly hotel staff
I hv written a feedback form when I was in the hotel. The hotel room is clean except the phone in the wash room, it has not been cleaned and very dusty. There is sting of cigarette in the room. Another thing is that the sound proof system needs to improve because I can hear the water running in the neighboring room.

Stayed here before heading out to DEL airport (which takes 45 mins during evening rush hour). Clean room, good food at restaurant; free internet plus universal electricity adapter in room. Good place to stay.

Great time away!
We travelled to Gurgaon on June 24th for four days. We booked the hotel for its location and the previous reviews, and also because it was one of the only hotels that could accommodate four of us in one room. We requested a cot and a single bed for our daughter. On arrival we were informed that the staff could not fit a single bed into the room, so this meant that our 7 year old had to share the kingsize bed with us. This worked out fine and she was happy. The main thing was that there was a cot in the room for our son and this was provided with fresh crisp linen and some pillows. Everything was very clean and the staff were attentive and very helpful. Everything that you could possibly need was provided in the bathroom, shoe shine, loofah, toiletries inc toothbrush and razor etc. We used the breakfast buffet twice and had breakfast cooked for us. Very happy with the standard of food provided. We ate lunch once at the Great Kabab Factory and the meal was fantastic. Our son who is on a wheat, gluten and dairy free diet was catered for adequately when we asked for something suitable and the staff were informed so they offered us gluten free bread for the morning breakfasts and the room service we had one morning having slept through breakfast (we were a bit jetlagged!). The hotel provided a driver for us (Pankaj) who was brilliant. Very informative about the local area and about life in India when we asked lots of questions. Thank you to everyone at Park Plaza!
