“We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen.”

“The hotel is just minutes off the M5 but an easy bus journey into the centre of Bristol. We had a lovely evening in Bristol and easily got back to the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and we had a choice of double or twin. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money. Lots of parking. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for us to check in.”

“We wanted a place to stay near our friend wjom we were visiting and this was the closest we could find. But I will never come back to this hotel. The room was very small, ac with hot air , tried to open windows and sleep but the traffic noise was a lot. Bed was not comfortable pillows were really bad - developed backache and neck ache after the stay. We wanted a room just to sleep after roaming around but didn’t get any sleep. The price we payed is too much for such poor amenities - rather...

“On arrival there was plenty of parking, checking staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and breakfast was great. A lovely stay and I’m sure I will stay there again.”

“Off season was very nice and quiet. Pretty hard to find the way with old washed out signs, we got lost on the narrow back country roads.”

“Excellent customer service. Front desk reception is welcoming and AMAZING! Beautiful breakfast too. Sadly, ... 1. Room was not properly cleaned. Dog's fur on carpet. My daughter was sneezing uncomfortably due to allergic reaction. 2. There was no shower cream. Thankfully, we brought something to use. 3.Shower was leaking.”

“Fresh breakfast, excellent staff! Good location on the edge of the town and lots of places to cycle to, including Puzzlewood which was the main reason for our stay. But there was a mechanical banging noise (like a shoe in a tumble dryer!) from 3.30am both nights we stayed that kept me awake. The whole experience was very 'meh' and we wouldn't recommend unless you are playing golf there.”
