“All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by.”
“The only hotel that charge for parking £13.50 per night. No internet available. Expedia failed to inform of parking charges. Expedia not returned email with a request of a vat receipt. The only time Expedia get in touch is when they want a review.”

Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes.
They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home.
Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night.
We cancelled our trip and went back.”

“Nice friendly reception staff, lovely clean room with a safe, iron and iron board, refreshments available. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna very well kept, lovely bar service nice and friendly and food was lovely. Comfy bed and soft pillows. We had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, we would definitely stay here again, nice and relaxing overnight stay.”
