“We smelled the damp carpet along the stairwell and was informed that there was a recent burst pipe. Indeed, there was a sign about fresh paint. However, cheap air refresher was used to hide the smell which didn’t do a good job. Room is relatively clean but not enough plugs for our modern use. Very dated. Bed is very comfortable. “As a couple you should avoid Fridays and Saturdays. The noice level in the restaurant was more then average as there was many male golfers in the room. Loud and no respect for others. Nice staff, Big gym and pool but over crowded. Unfortunately the golf course was in worst condition with brown fairways and green looking like they did a paintover with green colour. Staying Sunday to Monday was much calmer and enjoyable. ”
