Welcome to our spacious Loft Studio at Little Colmar — a beautifully designed retreat ideal for small families, couples, or friends exploring Ha Long. Built right next to our family home, this studio offers comfort, character, and a peaceful atmosphere in one of the most charming boutique properties in the area.

This airy, loft-style room comfortably fits up to 3 guests, featuring two large mattresses on the loft level. The high wooden ceiling, arched entrances, feature stone wall, and warm lighting create a cozy and inviting space that feels both modern and traditionally Vietnamese.

On the main level, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a dedicated work desk, and a private kitchen with everything you need for simple meals. The studio includes 2-way air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and a backup generator, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay in all seasons.

Step outside and enjoy the colorful and unique architecture of Little Colmar. Our property includes a lovely garden courtyard, complete with flowers, greenery, and a relaxing swing by the fountain. It’s a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day out.

A minimart is just a 5-minute walk away, and several local eateries make it easy to enjoy authentic Vietnamese dishes nearby. Guests can also access the community-guarded swimming pool, only 100 meters from our property (open April to September).

As part of your stay, you’re welcome to visit The Studio, our family-run pottery workshop located right on the property. You can join a hands-on pottery class, make your own keepsake, or simply enjoy watching the creative process.
