Hotell med pool i Habarana

“Spent two nights, 3 days at this property recently while touring around at Pinnawela, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Minneriya. Great location to visit all those sites. Excellent service with a smile. Buffets were plentiful and delicious, great variety. Pool was so relaxing and lush gardens that were well kept really felt like paradise. Disappointed after Covid there is no spa/massage option as that would have been perfect. Stayed in a large room with separate room with door. 2 adults, 3 teens. Teens...

“Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely.”

“Ett mycket vackert hotell, trevlig personal, god mat. För dom som vill shoppa så är detta resmål ej för dom, detta ställe fanns lite andra utflykter tex åka på safari, se på mycket gamla tempel och byggnader. Eller bara ta och sola och ha det bra.”

“Large resort with fantastic grounds, nice pool. Very pleasant rooms in small cottages, very quiet, birdlife. Geared at tour groups, but OK for individual travellers as well. Own transport needed. Excellent, but rather expensive, buffé. Single dishes also possible though. Somewhat impersonal due to its size. Sometimes rather confused, but always friendly, staff. To our disappointment the promised naturist/ornithologist was unfortunately "on leave". Beware also that their drivers' accommodation is...

“The hotell is placed in lovelly surrondings with the lake as a beautiful background. Big breakfeast with everything you could wish for. Rooms are big and clean. Don't be suprised if you see monkies in the garden. It's a very short walk up to the main street where you can find very good local restaurants (we especially liked magic food just across main street). The pool is clean and warm, do take a swin in the late evening, floating in the warm water looking at the stars is pure serenity.”
