Large Luxury Family Home Near Five Colleges. The TOP short term rental in area!

THE nicest short term rental in the Five College area!

Our home is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the UMass Amherst and Amherst College campuses. We have a swing set, tennis court, basketball court, and hot tub in our backyard. Our home would be a great place for a large visiting family to spend time in Western Massachusetts.

There are six bedrooms.. The master bedroom is a suite with a walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom. There are two other full bathrooms on the second floor.

The third floor is a large open space with many toys and games for the kids. We also have a TV viewing area for the whole family to congregate. This is our favorite area of the house.

In the basement we have a brand new exercise room with a treadmill, peloton and free weights.

Graduation season is by far our most inquired about time and perfect for extended family. We are also open to other short-term and long-term rentals.

Excellent communication with Host. This home is beautiful! Spent Thanksgiving week there with family from out of state. Fabulous kitchen with everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving feast. Very comfortable home…spacious and cozy all at the same time. Felt like we were at a relative’s house vs a rental.

Comfortable Home for Large Family!

This is a great place to stay with your family! All ages work here. Beautiful kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus laundry room available! It is very convenient to UMass, Amherst and Hadley. Awesome stay!

Exactly as advertised

We had a fabulous stay!I only wish the weather had been nicer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Perfect for graduation weekend with extended family. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive.

Incredible Gem in Hadley

The house is absolutely perfect. We used it as a place for a corporate retreat while attending a conference nearby. The location is excellent, centrally located and easy to find. The house is immaculate and has plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms to acomodate a larger group. The screened in porch is a wonderful place to spend a morning or an evening. The grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend booking the property. We will be back!

Lovely, spacious home and property

A group of 10 had our 40th reunion at Amherst College this weekend. 3 couples and 4 singles all stayed at this excellent home and had a fabulous time. Justin was super accommodating to our requests. And we so enjoyed using the gathering places to hang out. A home run. Thanks so much for having us!

Very Nice

This house was great for a group of classmates back at Amherst for out 40th college reunion. We had a nice dinner on the porch, took advantage of the excellent air conditioning, and enjoyed having comfortable private space. Much better than camping in a dorm room, and enough to attract some infrequent reunion attendees back to the Pioneer Valley.

Great Place to Stay

Just an overall great place to stay. The home is large and offers enough privacy for you and your family or business associates. The communication with the owners was easy. They were always quick to respond. Loved the location and loved staying in the home.
