The home is cleverly designed with three bedrooms at each end, creating two private wings—perfect for sharing with family or friends while still having your own space.

At the heart of the home, a generously equipped galley kitchen brings everyone together. You’ll find:

There are two spacious living areas:
At the rear, a cozy lounge with a log burner, ceiling fans, and a dining area opens via large doors to the sunny deck with BBQ and outdoor seating—a perfect spot for long summer afternoons.
At the front, a second lounge features a Smart TV, heat pump, and access to another smaller deck—ideal for a quiet morning coffee.
Outside, there’s a large lawn with plenty of room for the kids to play and space to park boats and multiple vehicles. After a day at the beach (just a 5-minute walk away), rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxed evening on the deck.

Hahei is a popular village on the Coromandel with an amazing beach and wonderful eateries. Access to world-renowned Cathedral Cove is from the village it is around a 40-minute walk to the Cove if conditions allow. You can kayak or hop on the water taxi to take you around from Hahei beach. You are also a stone’s throw away from Hot Water Beach. This is a beautiful beach where at low tide you can dig a hole and find the HOT water, spades can be hired from the local store.
