Inte ett boutique hotell!
Vi ångrar att vi bokade detta hotell. Det ligger på toppen av Mt Carmel och det var inte optimalt att bo där under shabbat när Carmelit inte gick. Restaurangutbudet i området är dessutom väldigt dåligt, det finns endast en bra restaurang i närheten av hotellet, resten är fast food. Renligheten på rummen lämnar en hel del att önska. Badrummet var dåligt städat vid vår ankomst och även efter att vi påpekade det i receptionen blev det inte mycket bättre. De putsade aldrig kranen vare sig innan vår ankomst eller under vår vistelse, spegeln var smutsig och vi hade sand i duschen. Knappast ett boutique hotell!

An oasis in the city

Carmella si è rilevata una struttura particolare. Ambiente piacevole situato in un bel quartiere alto di Haifa. Personale gentile. Struttura ben tenuta. Camera grande e con letto molto comodo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Lovely boutique hotel.
Lovely rooms. Good point to see Haifa, with lots of places to eat nearby. Go to the small coffee shop in the park called Shchenim. Great coffee and cake. Really helpful reception. Great coffee and tea station with biscuits and cake. Wonderful fruit teas.

Great location and very comfortable hotel
Great location if you have a couple of nights in Haifa You can walk everywhere you need to go around Carmella and if you want to go the downtown Haifa, the funicular railway is 5 mins walk and takes 10 minutes Rooms are very comfortable So the hotel was just what we wanted but frankly I’d give Haifa a miss unless you have to go there.

Very little Play light in the room. Probably designed for a romantic getaway, but not good enough for elderly people. Also virtually no storage.

Great location; charming property
Enjoyed staying at this hotel, especially the location. The 24-hour coffee and the fresh-squeezed juice were plusses. Many places to eat within walking distance

Great vacation in Haifa - good value for money!
Superb vacation at Haifa with the children. The hotel is situated in a unique building, very accessible with underground parking. Close to the zoo and locations in Haifa - high level of service, we were very satisfied!

One of the best boutique hotel I ever stayed in in Israel. Clean, luxury, great location!! The team is very helpful and friendly, could not ask for more! Looks like this hotel is more suitable for couples but kids are also very welcome. Thanks for a great stay!
