Peaceful and relaxing

The place and views are amazing. House was great and bed was very comfy. Bev was a great host and greeted us when we got there and we saw her when we left. Very private place.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

Perfect little getaway in the hills of Maui. Secluded property with lots of beautiful nature around, while still being in a good spot to get to places on the east side of the island. Bev was very sweet and accomodating making sure we arrived safely. Gave us a thorough tour of the place when we showed up, but gave us absolute privacy after that. House had everything we needed for a nice relaxing time on our vacation, including gorgeous views of the island.

Highly recommend

I honestly think the view from there was the most beautiful part of the whole trip. Highly recommend, very private. Host and even the groundskeeper very friendly. Loved the small little towns close to there versus the bigger more popular areas.

Great rental studio and great hosts. Thank you!

David and Beverly were great hosts and Bev was there to greet us even though we arrived 6 hours late due to a flight delay. The studio was well-furnished and comfortable with everything we needed. Lots of good quality snacks, cereal, milk, juice, coffee etc were provided for us which was a nice touch. There were flowers from the garden on the dining table to give us an Aloha welcome. A very peaceful location. Thanks for a great few days. Robert and Stephanie

Home-in-Maui

We stayed in the studio apartment, with a beautiful lanai, great floral gardens, and welcoming hosts. We will definitely be going back to this peaceful oasis. The feeling of family cottage is my best description. Hawaii as it used to be. If you want to relax, breathe, and forget the great wild world, this is the place. The unit was clean, all little dated, and charming. The hosts welcoming and accomodating and helpful without intrusion. Location is upcountry, so restaurants and stores require a small drive, but a good map and willingness to explore will be rewarded by amazing vistas, friendly people, and a great time.

Great location, great hosts, great time.

I will admit I was very apprehensive when selecting this location, it almost sounded too good to be true. Well it was not the case, it was the total opposite, it was as advertised and beyond. Dave and Bev are on top of their game when it comes to making their guests feel welcome and appreciated. From the fresh flowers, fresh fruit and copious amounts of fresh air we were elated to have found such a relaxing and well appointed home. Bev's advice and directions were invaluable which took a lot of stress out of our stay, the inviting hot tub did not hurt matters any either. If you want a place that is quiet and relaxing, yet centrally located then this is the place to hang your hat. 6 stars!!!!
