Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 6 people. Let’s go over the bedrooms quickly. The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds, which are perfect for younger members of the family. This house is ideal for a large family with younger children. Now, onto the rest of the house. The L-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need when whipping up something tasty to eat, no matter how complicated. In front of the kitchen is the dining area. Here, there is a wooden dining suite that has seating for up to 4 people. The living room is just in front of the dining area. It has a blue L-shaped leather sectional, a flat screen TV, and access to the pool via the glass sliding door that lets in plenty of natural light. Outside, in the screened-in pool area, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool that’s perfect to take a dip in and cool off, views of the golf course, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a patio table and four chairs under a covered lanai for those who want to relax in the shade. Like grilling? There’s also a BBQ for you to use outside. Did we mention there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the house?

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
