The Space:

Located within the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc, situated alongside the beautiful and natural Tower Lake, this home comes packed with amenities the whole family will love. There is lake access, and it's a 2-minute walk to the lake. Make a splash in your private, sparkling inground pool, afterward drying off in the warm Floridian sunshine while stretched out on comfortable chaise lounge seating. Shade seekers will find an outdoor dining table under the covered patio, perfect for hosting light lunches al fresco or breaking out the cards for games with a round of refreshing cocktails.



The aforementioned lake is ideal for all manner of water-related activities or simply enjoying leisurely strolls along the shoreline in the hopes of catching a glimpse of native wildlife. You’ll also be conveniently located just 30-minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford Airport, making your trip in and out a literal breeze.



The home’s remodeled interior offers a modern, contemporary feel, its high ceilings enhancing open spaces illuminated in natural light from the abundance of windows. Sink into plush velvet sofa seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. The sliding door to the patio combines indoor and outdoor living together, allowing ease of access and for fresh air to flow freely throughout the home.



The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy quartz countertops, and brand-new cabinetry with gold accents ready to help assist with all your mealtime aspirations. Enjoy a light breakfast with your morning cup of coffee at the glass breakfast table for 4 while the stylish dining table seats 8 for formal, family style meals.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.



• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow parking on the street as needed on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.



• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 35 lbs. or less allowed. Pets must be registered prior to arrival. Please contact us to register. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.



• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable



• Two strollers available for your stay



• The unit will have “starter” toiletries – but we ask that you bring any additional toiletries, paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags etc with you or purchase at the dollar store. We do not provide sundries for the full length of guest stays. We also do NOT provide washcloths as historically people steal these and destroy them.



These incredible accommodations are located just a few miles from all of the exciting parks and attractions this area has in spades, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 18 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and more. There’s truly something for everyone!

When I got in the house the first thing I saw dirty filthy carpet, that you don't even see in the pictures of the house, the house is dirty in overall whoever is the company doing the cleaning is terrible, the house needs a deep clean, a lot of details, the house has spider webs , a lots of dirty spots the lights switches we're dirty so probably means they didn't disinfect the highly touched surfaces, the bathroom has a strong smells of humidity mostly master bathroom, dirty carpets, needs love is sad that they letting the house this way because it has a beautiful furniture.
