The house was nice. But. Photos are very outdated.The cupboards were so full of excess dishes that we had no place to put our groceries except to leave them on the counter. (1 whole cupboard full of vases!)Stuff not working: garbage disposal; the clothes washer - no cold water; 2nd bathroom toilet ran & flushed sporadically; stove top and burners loose; internet constantly crashing.King bed lumpy and creaky; couches were threadbare and uncomfortable; pool furniture looked too dirty to sit on.Owner's stuff in drawers and closets limit renter's use of the space.Ad says 'soap, toilet paper, paper towel etc provided' - 2 rolls of thin TP and 4 soaps the size of postage stamps, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 small dish detergent. No paper towels, laundry detergent, facial tissues, salt & pepper, etc. No kitchen scissors.2 Bath towels, bath matts & face cloths. These were frayed & had holes. No extras for pool use.Not properly cleaned - dust bunnies on the walls, plants, baseboards, outlets, etc.Ad says 'Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.' We went out to use the pool. It was cold. I looked at the welcome book that said 'IF you opted for pool heat...' so I went back to the listing, to the 3rd drop down menu and found a 30 per day charge for pool heat. For a pool that small? 390 for less than 2 weeks?!? It doesn't cost that much to heat a pool twice that size in Canada! NOT worth the money. More attention to details & maintenance needed.
