“The Boniview inn outperformed every expectation I had. Our room was clean the king-size bed, totally comfortable and a spectacular view. My entire hope for this stay was to be able to play with Waters sports. And I did so endlessly canoeing, kayaking and paddle boating. “The stay was good, but the room definitely felt a little smaller than the pictures showed. It looked like the photos were with a wide eyed lens, so the rooms seemed larger than they actually were.

“Karen var en fantastiskt välkomnande värdinna. Jag och min dotter fick hjälp med att komma ut i kanoten på den vackra sjön. Det blev en stor upplevelse för oss. Karen tipsade även om bästa utflykterna i området och gav oss fina vägbeskrivningar. Mycket bra frukost. Trevlig bänk med bord på bryggans om vi kunde äta vår medhavda middag vid. En liten hälsning till Karens hund Luna som vi också tyckte mycket om.”
“very steep stairs leading to rooms. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. We received emails regarding questions of access and connection to after-hours staff after we left!!! The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead.”
