B&B i Haliburton Highlands to the Ottawa Valley

“Karen var en fantastiskt välkomnande värdinna. Jag och min dotter fick hjälp med att komma ut i kanoten på den vackra sjön. Det blev en stor upplevelse för oss. Karen tipsade även om bästa utflykterna i området och gav oss fina vägbeskrivningar. Mycket bra frukost. Trevlig bänk med bord på bryggans om vi kunde äta vår medhavda middag vid. En liten hälsning till Karens hund Luna som vi också tyckte mycket om.”

“Rooms were in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and most comfortable bed as good as it looks in the photo. Being an older couple celebrating our 60th Anniversary we were concerned that no elevator to help us with the stairs BUT no problem we were greatly helped by the owners, as they said they would. Breakfast was perfect in a perfect setting, with a group of younger people around us, all very friendly. If you like a touch of friendly luxury, Clyde Hall is highly recommended.”

“It was a breath of fresh air. I spent the whole trip outside as the weather was nice and the air was so fresh. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was helpful and very nice. He gave us options for hiking trails and areas to visit and is sociable " in a good way," say, “ Hi, how are you? Is everything okay?” The place is cozy and cute. During my stay, I was also able to do some coloring in the coloring books that were offered.”

“Where do we begin! The Upper Rideau bnb is by far one of the best bnb’s we’ve had the pleasure to experience. From the moment we stepped inside and were greeted by Donna we were treated like royalty. The room was immaculate and we had our own ensuite that included a large jacuzzi bath ( which we used to soak our tired muscles from two days of kayaking). The breakfast was a chef’s dream with wonderful baked goodies and daily full hot meals of eggs, bacon, fruit and toast. Absolutely,...

“EXPEDIA should be ashamed of themselves to have a property in their system of this caliber!! This is CANADA. We have much higher standards than this. Upon arrival, the door/screen door was wide open and upon entering there was NOBODY in the whole house. I called the phone number of the Mamora Inn and got a person who said " write your name & particulars on the paper at the desk and let yourself in, I will be back there at 9:30p" (this was at 4p).
