“We found everything amazing except for one important item which was the pillows. We love having four pillows but they should have included two softer pillows along with the more firmer pillows that were provided. Other than that we had an amazing stay as usual. Thank you so much! “Clean room and property, breakfast is good, our room with 2 queen beds had lots or extra room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The connected hotel can make parking difficult when they are busy as parking is limited. However parking is available behind the hotel next to the fast food places. I stayed many times at this hotel and has always enjoyed the stay. ”

“The lobby of the building mislead the conditions of the room. Rooms were small the bed was lumpy, and when sleeping if someone turned on a pipe you would hear them knocking. We could not sleep. Plus they put a 200 damage deposit hold on my credit card. Not sure what their is to damage the entire place needs to be gutted ”

“We stayed the night for a March staycation so it served its purpose. Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed...

“The place was very clean, and they had lots of options incase you needed anything. However my family went swimming at 9pm (the pool closes at 10pm) and there were no towels. We went and asked for towels so we wouldn't have to drip through the hotel wet, from the worker and she said "yeah I'm not getting any new towels," and she walked away from us. So we had to walk wet through the hotel and it wasn't just us that were in there without towels. We also had a to endure the smell of cigarettes in...

“It was quiet the night i stayed. It is close to everything.”

“We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)”

“The pool was broken when we arrived with no prior notice and was told I should have called. A friend did call and they said it was working. Given Canada games centre passes which was okay but a complete annoyance with the kids on March break. The phone in our room had no buttons just holes where buttons were. The elevator was broken. The breakfast was good and the staff polite but disappointing property overall.”

“Very accommodating hosts! Beautiful home and breakfast was lovely. Depending on who you're staying with, the set up in the sunrise suite is a little odd with the open washroom, probably best for someone staying on their own. ”

“A new hotel with a fun theme and great location. Unfortunately very loud doors, lots of sounds during day and night. Cold room with no working AC/temperature. ”

“Breakfast is good with good selection of everything. Sauna is nice, gym is okay. Nothing over-the-top but all in all a decent hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.”
