1-rumslägenhet bottenvåningen möblerad lägenhet komplett med egen ingång och egen uppfart i ett privat hem på 72 Shore Road, Dartmouth med utsikt över Halifax Harbor. Lägenheten består av fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum, 3-pers. Badrum, sovrum, förvaringsskåp och mer .... Lägenheten kommer att vara klar för beläggning den 1 september. 2019.

Vi finns på Shore Rd. i Dartmouth med utsikt över hamnen. Shore Road är en mycket lugn gata med vacker utsikt över Halifax Harbor och mycket marin aktivitet att njuta av.
Lägenheten ligger 5 minuter till Halifax / Dartmouth Bridge med bil och 15 minuters promenad till Halifax Ferry. En 10 minuters färjetur till centrala Halifax. Nära till alla shoppingmöjligheter.
Denna lägenhet är perfekt för en icke-rökare professionell eller universitetsstudent.

Very nice apartment with a stunning view of the harbour. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities (once we knew that we didn't have to go to Halifax lol)We will look it up if we're ever that way again.

Great location for al the activities we planned in Dartmouth for the week we were there. Apartment was clean and not noisy. We enjoyed sitting on the outside deck to watch the boats. Easy access to the Halifax Ferry.

An amazing experience in Dartmouth/Halifax

Staying at this property was an amazing experience. The property was adorable with an incredible view of the harbor. The property owners were so welcoming and hospitable. When we return to Halifax we will definitely book with this property owner.

A 5-Star Stay!

We gave a 5-star response to all the above categories, so it is a perfect summation of our stay: The apartment was private and well-equipped; The view of the harbor was fascinating and we enjoyed many evenings watching from the upper deck with a glass of wine; We were well situated to get easily around Dartmouth, Halifax, and beyond. Our hosts, Moe and Lucy, were friendly and provided service well beyond our expectations. We look forward to staying with them again. We consider them friends! .

Maurice & Lucy were great hosts. They're very welcoming and friendly. The property is fairly close to downtown halifax with amazing views of the Halifax harbour. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Week-end à Halifax

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et à proximité. Emplacement parfait, propre, confortable. Nous avons laissé notre véhicule devant la maison et pris le ferry tous les jours (10 min. à pied) pour nous rendre à Halifax.

Harbour View

This adorable little flat is located on the Dartmouth waterfront just a short walk from the ferry to Halifax and the McDonald Bridge if you are looking for an adventure it is a pedestrian friendly bridge that spans 1 mile and is about 15 minutes to walk. From there you can take the short walk along Barrington to Halifax's downtown core and a quick ferry ride back to Alderney Landing and back to the flat. The view from the front lower deck is spectacular and Lucy and Moe have a nice Bistro and BBQ set there for you to sit back and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a gourmet seafood dish from Nova Scotia oysters, to lobster or their world famous Digby scallops. It's all you need at a very reasonable rate with 2 lovely hosts near by if you have any concerns. Highly recommend.

It is close to Halifax ferry. It is a basement apartment so it is necessary to have lights on all the time (personally I like bright places with windows).

Great location

The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view of the harbour and within a short walking distance to the ferry. The hosts are very nice. As for the unit itself, all the amenities of a home are there, including a washer and dryer. There isn't a lot of room for luggage in the bedroom, but it is workable. On the down side, the double bed is not very comfortable and the pillows are all stained. Even though the unit is a walk out in front, it is a basement. It is very humid and for this reason, you need to run the dehumidifier constantly.

The view of Halifax harbour was spectacular when the trains weren’t there. Easy access to Halifax and all highways . The unit is well equipped and clean the only down fall was the mattress was too small for the box spring.

Lucy and Mo were gracious hosts with all the information we needed for a productive stay. Their home was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to transportation if you don't want to drive.
