There was an issue with the pool one evening because of the high number of people that were using it the system was pumping in more chlorine to compensate and it did end up getting a little too high. As you can probably see from the majority of our reviews and our score we tend to receive wonderful feedback about the property. I am very taken a back by the comment about the staff not being friendly or helpful. Our customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we always receive glowing feedback in that regard.
