This private garage suite is a self-contained unit located at the rear of a residential property with its own separate entrance. The space is designed to be comfortable, functional, and family-friendly for short or extended stays.

🛋 Living Area

The main living space includes a comfortable seating area ideal for relaxing after a day out. Guests can enjoy a projector entertainment setup along with a selection of VHS tapes and DVDs for movie nights.

🍳 Kitchen

The suite features a fully equipped kitchen suitable for everyday cooking, including a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and essential cookware and dishes.

🛏 Bedroom

A private bedroom provides a cozy sleeping space with storage for clothing. Kid-friendly movies are stored in the bedroom dresser for easy access.

🛏 Bedroom Setup

The bedroom features a daybed that is typically arranged as a twin bed for single-guest bookings.

Upon request, the daybed can be prepared as a queen-size bed prior to arrival to accommodate additional guests. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer the queen setup so we can have it ready for your stay.


🚿 Bathroom

The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet, towels, and basic toiletries, along with a heater for additional comfort during colder months.

🧺 Laundry

In-suite laundry is available for guest use, with one complimentary detergent pod provided per stay.

Access to the suite requires walking through the backyard via the side yard gate. While guests have private use of the suite itself, the backyard is primarily reserved for homeowner use and is not intended as a guest outdoor space.

• The large garage doors are stationary and do not open; entry is through the side door of the garage.
• As this is a residential neighbourhood, you may occasionally hear normal household or neighbourhood sounds during daytime hours.
• Street parking is available unless otherwise noted. Please follow all posted city parking regulations.
• The unit is family-friendly and includes entertainment options suitable for children.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbours.

No Pets Allowed

No pets or animals allowed. While we absolutely love animals, the space is occasionally used by our family and some members have allergies. For this reason we’re unable to accommodate pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding.

🚭 No Smoking Policy

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the suite or on the premises, including the backyard access areas and near entrances or windows.

We kindly ask guests who wish to smoke to do so off the property and away from neighbouring homes.
