“Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest. “The Holly Jolly house is a clean SPACIOUS home. There are some contradictions in the descriptions. It sleeps 7 (not 8), unless there's a bed in the LR: a BR with single bed on main floor, and three 2-person bedrooms upstairs (two with queens & one with 2 twins). One queen bedroom has a private full bath, the other two upstairs BRs share a bath with large shower in the upper hall. “Modern decor. Fenced in back yard, garage on property so no need for street parking. Was decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree in living room & that was an unexpected plus.”
