Guest access
You'll enjoy completely private access to the entire main floor, including all area shown in the photos (entire back yard, back deck, patio, hammock, and gardens)

Our home has a small basement apartment with a it’s own private driveway, yard and private entrance at the side of the house. This ensures complete privacy for your family during your stay. While we typically stay in the basement when hosting, occasionally, we also welcome guests downstairs when we're away. We are quiet people and have house rules of quiet hours from 9pm-7am. If we are away during your stay, we always inform the guests who stay in the basement apartment of the quiet hour times, although we cannot guarantee that the rules will always be followed while we are not there.

Additionally, you’ll have full access to the laundry room, which is the only shared space, located in a common area of the house. You do not need to enter the basement apartment to access the laundry room

There are two outdoor security cameras at the front and back door, facing away from from the house. They do not record audio and are for security purposes.

There is a locked storage room in the basement with the owner's belongings. It is not accessible to guests and it has a security camera (video only).

Other things to note
There can be some sound transfer between the upper and lower floor. Music tends to dully transfer through due to the vibrations, but voices tend not to carry through.

All guests are asked to not listen to music or make loud noises between 9am -7am
