DO NOT STAY, DO NOT TRUST
This host had called me the night before my stay and said that the wifi wasn't very good at the property, and she knew I was staying there for an online conference with work colleagues. She said she could move us to a smaller place that was not nearly as nice as this one. After asking for the truth, she said that we were TRIPLE booked. She said we could come in after 3 days and would give us the 3 nights in the other place for free. We agreed. She promised that she would send us the money as long as we pay through the app. We agreed. She never sent the money and promised many times after threatening complaints. This greatly interrupted our course, our stay, and we got completely ripped off. I am not one to complain but this was beyond problematic.

An enjoyable spot for hosting friends - although communication was nonexistent with the property manager we were able to ascertain the access process on our own Properly working bbqs with something located on the same level as the kitchen would be beneficial Spacious with a wonderful location it was a great spot to spend a weekend

Good opportunity, poor execution
Stayed 3 nights for Thanks Giving weekend Pros: - great secluded location with amazing views - impressive building and property - unique and interesting stay - awesome architecture Cons - communication. Host never answered my phone call once; had to call from different phone, felt like I was being screened. Never replied to messages on app once. Responded via text multiple days after reaching out for checkin details AFTER they were already supposed to be provided. Extremely stressful when guests are arriving Friday and you haven’t heard from the host until late Wednesday. Felt like the whole thing might have been a scam until I got checkin details. - cleanliness (ex: water filter thing was covered in splatter, smell in basement. Garage filled with old stinking empty bottles) - For the price, state of repair. Kitchen faucet was broken. Stove has broken bits. Fridge is covered in scratches. Ceiling tiles in basement have holes in them. Pool cues missing tips. Dents in walls. Does not feel like a premium experience

Beautiful Home….. BUT
This home could have been the PERFECT home for all. Except, that when we came in the house all doors were unlocked, (that was a little scary for my daughter and myself). The bottom of the kitchen sink was quite full of mouse droppings (but being in the country it was not out of the ordinary) except had the cleaning staff been here to clean it would not have been quite so full, the floors were not swept, and the cook top was unclean. We contacted the host, and they responded that they would send over their cleaners “who did not come”) It showed as 4 bedroom and 3 full baths (only 2 showers were working) so my sons had to come and shower in my bathroom) The patios were unbelievably beautiful…. BUT the upper patio (where we would have spent most of our time) was overrun with literally dozens of Hornets everywhere. We tried to contact our host but no response, which has brought us to the conclusion that we would not be able to rent this property again next year… which is too bad because as stated before it is a LOVELY home! If these things were cleaned up… We would have made this our annual vacation spot!!!… Again a Beautiful home,

Magnificent Property for Whatever You Need
This is a dream property to stay at. Beautiful large house with a well equipped kitchen and amazing view. The property has large flat land in the backyard and by the water to fulfill any needs. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Canada Day Cottage
10/10 cottage experience. The view and the amenities were astonishing. The scenery was breathtaking. Tommy was a great host as well.
