We booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true. We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...

Bra personal och ren hotell.

Nice hotel in a perfect distance from Chicago. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food (pancakes, cereal, egg mc muffin). We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the very nice personel.

Fantastic hospitality and great location in Chicago’s city centre.

Great location and staff! The rooms are small for US standards, but extremely comfortable. This is a very hip and modern hotel. The GM, Romain, takes customer service to the next level. A+++

Great atmosphere and nice staff
