Port Side: "Family Retreat on Keuka Lake"

October 1 - April 30th Port Side rents without the Sleeping Porch as there is no heat. Maximum Occupancy during this time is lowered to 7.

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region, Port Side is the ideal spot for your next vacation! This lovely, year-round home can accommodate up to 12 guests and just off the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, and north of Hammondsport.

Inside, an updated living area welcomes you. Decorated from top to bottom in beautiful shades of grey and white, Port Side is mixed with both luxury, modern and vintage furniture.

A beautifully updated kitchen with quartz countertops will soon become the perfect gathering spot for visiting and with friends and family while preparing your favorite dishes. For meals, guests can gather at the dining table and sit family style, or lounge at the island bar on one of the stools.

The living area features a relaxing sofa, a beautiful decorative fireplace, and a breathtaking lake view. Your guests will enjoy spending time together here!

The staircase leads up to the second floor. Upstairs, three comfortably furnished bedrooms and a sleeping porch can be found. The bedroom configuration makes it ideal for children or adults enjoying a weekend of family time, or wine tasting. Another floor up leads to the master bedroom with ensuite bath.

Outside, a level yard is perfect for playing your favorite yard game brought from home. The permanent dock is available for tying your boat up, or rent one at a nearby marina for your fishing and boating pleasures, or just enjoying an afternoon in the hot summer sun.

Minutes away from Hammondsport, favorite wineries like Bully Hill Vineyards and Dr. Franks are right at your finger tips! Downtown Hammondsport offers local and tourist favorites like The Union Block and Burgers and Beers for a more casual setting. Port Side is boasting with opportunity and fun. **Your safety matters to us! Port Side has outside security cameras that face toward the driveway, dock and garage across the street. The cameras do not look into any interior living areas.

Port Side on Keuka Lake adheres to strict occupancy policies. Parties, events and unregistered guests, pets and turning around in neighborhood driveways are prohibited.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

Pictures can be deceiving

The location is great and the lake front is amazing!!! BUT beware the bedrooms are very very small.. which is fine but we had families with infants that we were hoping to include pack and plays.. it all worked out but the rooms are tight! Also, the listing does not does that a boat and two jet skis are on the property. Don’t plan on bringing a boat or having friends be able to come by boat… it was very frustrating since we had brought two boats with us. The listing needs to be fixed. The lawn furniture is gross and has mildew on it- should be removed. Total eyesore. Overall we had a decent stay and made the best of it!
